Nestled in Shenandoah, this attractive house for $204 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Summary: Come enjoy our great house that is close to major attractions! Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom can sleep up to 14 people so it's great for families and groups of all sizes. There is a large private GAME ROOM that is fully stocked with TV, foosball, air hockey, darts, cornhole bag toss, board games and more! Explore all the beauty that Shenandoah National Park and nearby attractions have to offer! Free WiFI. No Pets. NOTE: The hot tub out back is NOT properly set up and ready for guests. We hope to have this amenity available soon! Please do not attempt to use. Please do not take off the cover. Thank you! The Space: Here, you're located less than a mile from the Shenandoah River and the Shenandoah Historic District, this house is close to eateries, trailheads, scenic drives and local haunts. Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Take a minute to enjoy the beautiful views from the front porch in the cozy seating area. Once inside, you'll be welcomed into the open-concept living space where you will see and a spacious living room with a large TV which leads directly into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen! Here, you'll find a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher! There is also a bar-height peninsula with additional seating! There are two bedrooms downstairs. The first bedroom features a double bed and a twin bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed and one double bed. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with one queen bed and a daybed with trundle bed. There is also a shared space which has a daybed and trundle and another bedroom with a futon. The highlight of our home is the beautiful patio space we have in the backyard and the game room! There are chaise lounges available to take a nap in the cool mountain air, a grill for those summer cook-outs and a table and chairs set! Just above the two car garage, you'll find the game room. We have tons of games available here like Foosball, air hockey, darts, cornhole and so much more! You'll even find a futon here! We can't wait to host you! Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. All cancellations due to weather are subject to our cancellation policy. There can be unpredictable winter weather in the Shenandoah Valley, which can make traversing roads and accessing homes challenging. We recommend purchasing traveler's insurance if you are concerned that your vehicle might not be able to traverse snowy roads during inclement weather and you may have to cancel. The Neighborhood: Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park are within a twenty-minute drive, Massanutten Ski slopes are nearby in the other direction.South Fork Shenandoah River – Less than half of a mile Shenandoah Historic District – less than a mile Shenandoah Speedway – 2 miles Hobbit House – 2 miles Massanutten Resort – 10 miles Shenandoah National Park – 13 mi Getting Around: We recommend driving and offer parking for up to 4 cars in our driveway. overall we were happy with our stay, but a few things should be improved. The grill was out of gas (and the backup charcoal grill was out of coal), so we could not enjoy a BBQ on the terrace. Guests are not allowed to use the fireplace, which would have been nice (to be fair, a fireplace is not listed under amenities). Some towels were not perfectly clean. I also imagine that the house would be very packed if 14 people stayed there.
