DO NOT STAY HERE: Complete Invasion of Privacy and Negligent Management.

This was the most unprofessional and stressful accommodation experience I have ever had. On our first day, the host sent us the access code and explicitly directed us to the 2nd-floor apartment. The next day, while we were out exploring Grindelwald with my visiting parents, the host messaged to say we were in the wrong apartment. Without our permission or presence, the host entered our locked room, packed up our personal luggage, and moved it to a ground-floor unit. This was an absolute invasion of privacy. To make matters worse, they left the windows of the new room wide open, leaving our belongings completely exposed. Because of this chaotic and unauthorized move, several items of clothing and a towel went missing. We had to spend an entire day of our family vacation communicating with the host to locate our belongings, which were finally returned to us days later. Instead of issuing a proper refund for the massive disruption and negligence, the host offered an insulting CHF 50 as a "goodwill gesture". I had an opportunity during my stay to also interact with the guests staying on first floor and they also agreed with the horrible communication between them and the host to the point that they had to contact their Agoda agent to get the check-in code from the host on time. Do not book this property unless you want to ruin your holiday experience in Interlaken; your privacy and security will not be respected. I really hope that Booking.com and the local authorities investigate this matter further as this taints the reputation of the platform and also a tourist friendly country like Switzerland.

Location- close proximity

Didn’t like the following- -poor moist bathroom, with lack of very basic fixtures, no towel hanging rod, wet floor, doesn’t dry, no exhaust, etc. -lack of some basic elements in kitchen area: no paper towel, no sponge for cleaning dishes, no spatula for frying pan, no oil, etc. -only one fan for two rooms was extremely uncomfortable during this hot month. As they don’t have air-conditioning, should have provided minimum two good fans. -no closet or appropriate wall unit or hangers for hanging clothes. -parking space is very tight, could bot move car without going to neighbor apt’s area.

Bathroom was not clean, hair was in the bathtub. Facilities in kitchen was really poor.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer gute Lage, ganz nah bei der Interlaken und gute Ausblick auf Jungfrau Gebiete . Die Größe von der Wohnung ist großzügig. Für Vier Erwachsenen passt es.

Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung fehlt. Die Stühle sind unhygienisch und schmutzig. Die Ausrüstung in der Küche sind eigentlich nichts. Das Etagenbett quetscht stark bei der kleine Bewegung, die Matratzen sind auch sehr Unbequem und absolut ist nicht geeignet für 2 Erwachsenen. Das heißt, 2 kinder vielleicht können da schlafen aber nicht 2 Erwachsenen . Das Doppeltet in der Schlafzimmer ist ok aber nicht toll. Man kann die Ausstattung in der Wohnbereich neu machen und anstatt Etagenbett, 2 normale Einzelbett einrichten.
