We enjoyed our visit to Richmond.

The living room was distinct and separate from the bedroom. The apartment was roomier than expected.Well stocked kitchen .

The weather. But we enjoyed outdoor activities (Botanical Gardens and the Canal Walk) before the rain and indoor activities (Poe Museum and the Civil War Museum) once the rains came . While we did not plan to eat there, there was no dining table.

Despite the safety concerns after dark, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this apartment.

I recently stayed at this apartment during my vacation, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property lived up to its description on Booking.com, and I found it cozy, clean, and well-maintained, just as depicted in the photos. The apartment's cozy atmosphere immediately made me feel at home, and the well-thought-out interior design added to the overall charm of the place. The amenities were modern and functioning perfectly, making my stay convenient and hassle-free. I particularly enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to prepare my meals when I wanted to have a quiet night in.

However, I must mention that while the apartment itself was lovely, the location left a little to be desired, especially when it came to safety concerns. During the day, the neighborhood seemed decent enough, and I had no issues while exploring nearby attractions. However, as the evening approached, the area's safety became more of a concern. I would advise future guests to be cautious and avoid walking alone in the neighborhood after dark. If you plan to stay out late or return to the apartment late at night, consider using a rideshare service or a taxi to ensure your safety.

Rent from a personal host, not this company. They made me feel like a burden.

Reasonably priced

Staff was incredibly rude when I called for help. See picture below for listed check in time. I checked in around 6:30pm. When a customer calls for help don’t tell them you have other things to do. You have no idea the situations I was in during that call. Not the safest location. Homeless people right outside the gates. Rats in the alley, mice tried getting in the crack of the door in the living room. We had to shove towels in the crack. No dining table to sit at. Booking needs a better platform so renters can find check in/ check out instructions easier.

it is definitely a great place to stay if you’re wanting a small town feel and want to stay close to the downtown area!

this place was a very convenient location it puts you within walking distance of a lot of cute bars and shops. the actual apartment area is nice too there’s nice lighting in each room and the bathroom doesn’t feel like a tiny closet space. there’s a full size kitchen with all the essentials. the layout is quite interesting it’s not a regular square shaped unit and you also have a small back door patio space in between the alley ways. everything seemed very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. other than the noise it is a very cute and spacious unit and clean and cozy. there’s extra throw blankets around and plenty of extra towels. the shower has great water pressure and hot water comes pretty easily.

if you’re a light sleeper it might be a bit of a nightmare. i’m not sure if the upstairs neighbors are residents or visitors as well but you hear every single step they take and they also had a dog. they were the typical noisy upstairs neighbors but it’s probably not even their fault it might just be how the building was made.

Superb

Ground floor and easy access, directions to and instructions to get into the apartment clear and easy to use. Lots of kitchen appliances and utensils, bed very comfortable. Really close to food places especially Jewfro, some of the best meals ever made at Jewfro.

Just a little thing but we couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink
