Everyone and everything was good. David in the dining room was super nice. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.🙏🏽 The front desk staff and Melvin from maintenance were so very helpful and friendly.
I was disappointed that WiFi was not free. Thankfully I was accommodated.

My family arrived early from out of state the reception let us in earlier than expected check in hours. Very accommodating staff. I used the gym it’s clean and well maintained with towels and water.

The valet staff were friendly and kind! The room and hotel were very clean. It was within walking distance to my event space.
The staff told me the wrong time for the end of breakfast, so I missed it, and they didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. Just said they got confused and told me to go buy breakfast.
The hotel is located next to a large bar and the music is concert-level loud. Bring ear plugs and download a white noise app.
