Nestled in Lake of the Ozarks, this lovely cabin for $126 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Niangua Hills Resort, located on the 5MM of the Big Niangua at the Lake of the Ozarks in Camdenton, offers the ease of booking a vacation rental with the desired amenities of staying at a resort. We are under new ownership, as of March 2022, and have undergone a complete renovation, with more still to come! Guests will be able to relax in this no wake cove, fish in our enclosed fish house and swim the day away from our swimming platform. You'll welcome being close to great Lake area activities, while having peace and quiet on the resort property! Family friendly restaurants and swimming pools can be enjoyed at Captain Ron's and the new The Cave Bar & Grill, both just around the corner via boat or vehicle. The fishing here is great since we are located at the confluence of the Big Niangua River and the Little Niangua River. The Lake of the Ozarks is well known as one of the best fishing destinations in America! For guests looking to enjoy nature, you can hike trails and see the castle ruins and one of Missouri's best state parks, Ha Ha Tonka, just a short 20-minute drive away. Whether you love fishing, hiking, water skiing, boating, swimming, live music, shopping, kayaking or reading a book in the shade, you will find it all here, at Niangua Hills Resort. Additional resort amenities guests have access to include a newly upgraded playground, an enclosed fish house, a large community swim dock, lots of green, outdoor space, and amazing sunsets. Anticipated resort amenities that will be offered by Memorial Day 2023 are an outdoor, community pool, and a lakeside beach. Wi-fi not currently offered but coming soon! Singing Hills Cabin #1 pays tribute to the original name of this resort, Singing Hills Resort. Guests to Cabin #1 can now enjoy a fully renovated space, completed in early 2023. This cabin now features all new flooring, new shiplap walls, all new furniture, a new kitchen including butcher block countertops, new cabinets, all new appliances and a new bathroom featuring a beautifully crafted tile shower and all new fixtures. Singing Hills Cabin #1 is close to the playground and coming soon, will also be located close to the swimming pool. This cabin has one spacious bedroom with a new king bed. The living room is a great place for the little ones to sleep on the full-size pull out sleeper sofa. Large windows provide ample natural light to the living space. This cabin is pet-friendly. Please see pet rules below. Pet fees are $50 and can be added as a retail item when making your reservation. Rules are as follows: 1) Only non-shedding dogs are allowed. 2) A maximum of two dogs per unit are allowed. 3) All dogs must be on a leash while on resort grounds. 4) Dogs must be dry when entering cabin. If your dog has just swam, please ensure they get dry before coming into the cabin. 5) If dogs are left alone in the cabin, they must be kenneled. 6) As all resort furniture is new, dogs are not allowed on any furniture. 7) Pet fee is $50/dog. Additional resort amenities guests have access to include a newly upgraded playground, an enclosed fish house, a large community swim dock, lots of green, outdoor space, and amazing sunsets. When we first entered the cabin, I thought it might be a little smaller than what I wanted, although the pictures are very accurate❤️. Turns out, it was everything we (2 people) needed and perfect for us! The king-size bed was wonderful. Everything Clean! Everything, including Super Walmart, was a short drive. We weren't able to do everything we wanted because it was so hot Aug 20-25, that we were in the pool a lot. The pool is wonderful too! The lighting/light poles were perfect so we didn't need a flashlight and one shone over the pool. Great people all around.

Older property, but well maintained. Nice folks around. We fished right off the dock a few feet from our cabin. The cabin was super cute. Bedding was dreamy!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was located in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool & swimming dock. Very close to great restaurants & attractions (Bridal Cave & Ha Ha Tonka State Park). Amanda was great to work with & responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this place!

Except for a few inconviences the property was a charm. Many of these issues were probably caused by recent upgrading and may not be relevant in the near future. Not much parking, not bad but tight. The caboin in close to the parking/roadway and the matchstick shades provided less than adequate privacy, expecially in the evenings. the cabin could have been aired out better prior to our stay. The location is not in the hoping part of the lake and that was a +. We didn't use too much of the facilities but they seemed find, note a new pool is being put in+The area was quite and well wooded+ We were in Lake of the Ozarks to visit our son and familiy and this was a nice get away.
