L’emplacement la gentillesse de la personne qui gere l’établissement et sa disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, dans l’hyper centre, proche de toutes les commodités. Il est spacieux, et vous y retrouverez tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. Nous ne sommes pas prêts d’oublier notre séjour à Bari et pour sur, nous reviendrons.

Klimatyzacja, po 3 ręczniki na osobę. Czekała na nas woda w lodowce. To sprawiało że wypoczynek był wygodny.
Słuchawka od prysznica mogłaby dawać więcej wody, to tylko taka mała sugestia w kierunku kobiet z gęstymi i długimi włosami 🤩

The property itself was beautiful, especially the scenic spot that is perfect for photos. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the center.
The communication with the hosts was terrible from the very beginning. I had to initiate contact myself days in advance just to ask about check-in, and they took days to give me a basic reply. They didn't even attempt to translate their messages from Italian to English. We received absolutely no check-in instructions or info about the property beforehand, resulting in us waiting outside for 20 minutes just waiting for an update. We felt like we had to constantly chase them down instead of feeling welcomed. Additionally, they lack basic amenities like an iron, and when we politely asked for a paid ironing service, their response was completely unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us unsupported on a Saturday night. Beautiful place, but the hospitality was non-existent.
