Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants. Layout The Villa offers an open plan downstairs area with a spacious living / dining room and access to the back garden. Patio doors lead to back veranda and a private swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar. There is also a guest WC / shower room. Heading upstairs you will find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with wood flooring and access to private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room and access to the loft. Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Kitchen The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Chryso has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Chryso has 3 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (En Suite) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.0m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.0m; Deep End = 1.70m Aspect: South-East Facing Pool Access: Ladder Additional Pool Features: Sun Beds and Poolside Dining Area. Additional Information The air conditioning in the living room is 10 per day payable directly to the owner. Pool towels can be arranged for an extra charge of 2 Euros per day, per person, paid directly to the owner. Please request this before arrival. Air-Conditioning The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required. Pets - not allowed

wonderful location. Short walk to beach and tavernas. We had no hot water for last day, however, the owner had it fixed by the evening. Very impressed. And have already rebooked for 2020

The property is in a great location, near to Zorbas Bakery, the beach, stores and restaurants but it does need some additional touches to make it more comfortable such as oven gloves and tea towels, these would have been good, probably essential if you are thinking of cooking. Luckily, a sponge and washing up liquid was provided, which is more than what there has been when staying in other villas around the area. The cookware was gigantic and there was nothing suitable for one or two people, we're talking huge pots and pans, not a simple small frying or sauce pan in sight. The air-conditioning downstairs did not work and there was no obvious master switch to turn it on, the microwave didn't work either and none of the towels were bath sheets so not large enough to actually put around yourself. Otherwise, everything about this villa is brilliant. So much space, room for parking, plenty of chairs and sun loungers. I would say that the villa needed a further clean prior to arrival as the light switches and plug sockets were visibly dirty but this could have been because the season hadn't really started. There was also only one sink plug for a property with two baths and a kitchen sink, so this was inconvenient too. A huge plus of this property that may be overlooked is that it had a screen door to prevent bugs from flying into the living space, something which other properties in the area could definitely benefit from. Thank you for another great stay in Cyprus.
