(Community fees are extra and mandatory, see full description) Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (with half bathroom) Bedroom 2: Four twin beds (2 bunk beds) Bedroom 3: Queen bed Comfy living room with a Smart TV to watch your favorite streaming channel. Use your own login to watch Netflix, Hulu and more or use Sling → Wood burning Fireplace → We provide complimentary linens, towels, pillows, comforters. → Portable AC in living room for summer season. → Complimentary WI-FI internet, great for remote work and streaming → Complimentary Sling TV access for live TV → Backyard firepit with chairs → Screened front porch → Large deck with table, chairs and propane BBQ grill → We allow up to 2 dogs (no cats or other pets, pet fee applies) → Golf cart (electric 6-seater) is available for your stay to drive around community in style (additional fee required for use of golf cart: $60 per day or $400 per week) → Washer and Dryer Beach equipment provided. 4 chairs, 2 kid chairs, 2 umbrellas, and cooler bag. The kitchen is fully equipped; microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (drip) and Keurig, pots and pans, plates/cups/silverware, knifes, cooking utensils. Arrowhead Lake Community Info: Arrowhead lake is a beautifully maintained private, gated community with 3 heated outdoor pools and snack bars (summer season only), 2 lakes with 4 beaches with playgrounds. Rental Shack with rowboat/canoe/paddle boat/bike rentals (open summer season), fishing, hiking, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, kids' activities & clubs. Note: Pools are closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day Year-round activities take place in the community lodge. We are within 15 minutes of I-380 and I-80. Prime Pocono Lake location - House is located 15 miles away from skiing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder, 20 min away from Kalahari Resort Indoor Waterpark with Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures (zipline) and Pocono Raceway. 25 min away from the Camelback Mountain Adventures (skiing, tight ropes, zip lines, swinging bridges, cargo nets, rope swings & more) and Camelbeach Water Park. 30 min to Mt. Airy Casino Near great places to eat: Dominic's Pizza, Murph's Hideaway and Jubilee! COMMUNITY FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price): Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival): 1) Temporary membership: a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week. b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day. c) Children under 6 are free 2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay 3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable) 4) Late fee (for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100 NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments less than 1 day prior to arrival. We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names. Upon arrival, you will have to go to Rental Office to obtain your gate cards. Office open 10am-10pm. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to arrive after 10pm. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.

The property mgr., is phenomenal. Provided lots of fire wood, and lots of games for the family. He responded quickly to all my questions and issues. First I must take responsibility for not reading the property's details. Cleanness of some areas were poor. Dishes were not cleaned well, refrigerator was dirty. The grill was very dirty, and we ran out of propane, and the additional tank was empty as well. However, the property mgr., saved the day. The property is EXTREMELY HOT. Not enough air-conditioners. Kitchen cabinets are dirty, and not enough space to place my groceries. The house smells musty and old. I recommend the location, but some areas need attention.

It was awesome!! Small getaway with myself, mom, aunt n uncle n 2 fur kids!! I had questions and he ALWAYS responded immediately!! Cant wait to stay at his other properties!

We really liked staying here. Very clean.Usually my dog gets weird(mopey, wont pee)at new places but not here! Its like he has been to this house 10×! We had a lot of fun, the real fireplace(inside) was great most places its gas or fake. Very close to camelback mountain and other stuff too! But on the other side of that it is a gated community and there were a few rules.. like only 3 cars can come in but we ended up dealing with it and got through it they were very nice about it&it wasnt an issue. My husband had a great time!
