Would definitely recommend this property for the hosts and the little attentions to detail.

Firstly I will commend the hosts on being available when we had an issue with check in. They actually answered the phone and sorted out the issue very promptly. The thing I loved the most about this property was the little touches the hosts thought of such as hair ties, cotton buds (not sure what they are called in America) and cotton facial pads. There was also tea and coffee and some little tubs of creamer. These little things make the stay memorable. I also loved that there were no little bottles of toiletries. Just big bottles of decent shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers and pump hand soaps on the basins. Much better for the environment. Heating was good. Don't let the outside of the property fool you, the inside is modern and clean and spacious enough.

The beds were too soft for our liking but we still slept ok. Bring your own pillow though (I did and was very glad I did). The supplied pillows are thin and lumpy. I was concerned about the many planes that flew low right over the house (must be in a flight path) but they stopped each night at 10pm and were vastly reduced on the weekend so it was not too much of an issue. The house is in a low socio-economic area but we felt safe enough and nothing untoward happened.

peaceful quiet comfortable like being at home without the drama

i loveddddd everything this was the best air b and b we have ever been in. it was so cozy and comfortable ever where we sat we wanted to go to sleep. it was peaceful very very peaceful. we lovedddd the place

Ok Stay for a few days

The house is well-appointed as seen in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped with all amenities and even spices, coffee, and all cooking equipment. Smart TV is a nice touch.

The walls are dirty and show many scuff marks, shower pressure is very low. The front door was missed during rehab ( especially the screen door), they need an electronic lock vs the old fashion lockbox. The rooms appeared to be clean but I found some hair in the bed sheets. The area is not very attractive but did feel safe. A bit overpriced for what it is and where it is, I would not return.

Comfortable, relaxing stay.

The home was in a quiet neighborhood with excellent parking. It was easy to find, with good access to places like Universal Studios and Six Flags Magic Mountain. The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water in the bathrooms, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces. Also, make sure you check out the taco stand down the block on Thursday through Sunday—excellent!

It was very bright outside even at night—bring a sleeping mask if you’re accustomed to a dark bedroom. The fans in the bathroom were anemic, so it got pretty foggy. And housekeeping used way too many dryer sheets on the sheets and towels, but I’m pretty sensitive to smells. A quick wash fixed that.

Definitely worth the value

Super clean. Good communication. Exactly as pictured. Plenty of parking.

Neighborhood getting to the property seemed to not be the greatest, but we did feel safe the entire stay. Wifi didnt reach the master TV in the room.
