Very loud place and couldn’t adjust. Bathroom stunk.

If you want to be near the party district then this is a great location. The rooms and overall structure/ gardens were very pretty and the staff member messaging on WhatsApp was kind.

The bathroom smelt revolting to the point that at certain times we couldn’t go in to brush teeth, and no one came in to change the bin or light clean the room for the three nights we were there. The pictures in the room view said there was a balcony which was instead a shared balcony between three rooms. A warning, it is super loud! You can hear the music singing and live band playing until 1am and after that it is still quite noisy. We understand given the location this is common but it was crazy loud. We contemplated finding another accom on the first night and were pretty happy to leave after night three.

DISGUSTING

We only liked the moment of leaving this place behind. It was terrible at all levels.

The toilet was absolutely disgusting. It had not been cleaned in months. I attach pictures to prove it. There was not reception, the owner of the restaurant downstairs handed the keys, so he was unable to fix anything. We had to phone the owner and the guy pretended he did not speak English, despite he had texted me several times in English. Besides that, the room we got was not even close to the rooms in the pictures. We claimed a refund (which took an hour of phone argument) and left. It was almost midnight, so you can imagine the struggle of trying to find another place after a day of travelling. Additionally to the lack of cleaning is the really loud noise, because the rooms are on top of live music bars. I am really surprised of the nice comments of other guests.

Exceptional

I am absolutely delighted by the place and the management! Very beautiful room in a wonderful location for everything : sightseeing, bars, marina. I had a room with a balcony, it was perfect! Comfortable and sweat, with the stunning sea view! I also want say thank you for late check out, it was very nice to have such an opportunity before my trip to Rhodes.

Best choice for people who parties until dawn

The room was cozy. You can see the marine and yachts from windows. There are a lot of shops, bars, cafes and restorants nearby.

Very loud at night and it's not a con, but you should keep it in mind.

Pleasant 1 night in Marmaris, very kind staff

The guy who welcomed us made all the difference about our 1 night stay in Marmaris. He was super polite and kind, very informative and very honest. He offered us coffee and had a conversation with us just as we arrived. We asked for some recommendations for restaurants etc. and he didn't even try to sell us their restaurant, but gave us very neutral suggestion. We still ended up having dinner at their restaurant and it was fantastic and with a great view. The hotel itself is all nicely renovated and cozy.

There are a lot of parties going on in Marmaris an it was extremely loud at night. The guy actually warned us about this first thing and also explained that the municipality is planning to stop the loud music across the central town area from next year. The hotel cannot really do anything about this actually but all considering, we loved their honesty about the situation.

Very cosy small hotel with roof terrace and nice restaurant. Located in the very center. Great team, very open minded and kind people. Rooms are very clean. Highly recommended!

Fantastic staff and a lovely brand new boutique hotel situated right in the centre of Marmaris Port

The staff were wonderful and made sure I was comfortable and looked after well. It is new and the rooms are well fitted out with everything you need. The rooftop terrace dining was beautiful, food was good and there was a great view. Also, it was close to the port and a very convenient and comfortable overnight stay after getting off one of the boats in Marmaris

Anywhere you stay in Marmaris Port will be noisy at night but the convenience outweighs this minor issue.
