The location was perfect for walking to the old town and for Bari Centrale Stazione. Nearby cafes.
Quiet at night once windows shut.
Lovely spacious and modern 3rd floor room. It felf very luxurious. Extremely comfortable super king sized bed. Great shower with lovely towels, robes and slippers provised.
Well equipped kitchen area with fridge, coffee machine, hob and kettle. Bottled water and coffee provided.
Self check, in but host was responsive to messages and helpful, for example leaving our bags on last day.

Although there was a lift, this wasn't acccesible until reaching the second floor. The steep narrow staircase would be a problem if mobility issues.
The housekeeper left the balcony door open through the day and we both got mosquito bites during the nights after 1 week in other places without 1! No mosquito screens.

The bed possible location. Excellent room and service.
Too many stairs can be hard for some people. My wife struggled some time.
