鹿児島中央駅から近い。食事処もたくさん。すぐ隣のコインパーキングも安い。銭湯も近い。スーパーも近い。内装はオシャレ、清潔、広い。家族4人でも（中学生男子小学生男子）充分。掃除機もあるし洗濯機もある。コーヒー豆も用意されていて。
眺望はない。洗濯物を室内に干すところが欲しかった（乾燥機をかけたくないものを干すため。）洋服を入れる棚かホテルにあるような小さなタンスが欲しかった。

立地が良いのに割安です。
非対面なので気軽でした。
室内がおしゃれで、良い香りがしました。
乾燥機付洗濯機が室内にあるので、ホテルのようにわざわざ共有スペースまで行かなくても洗濯乾燥できるのはすごく良いです。
室内とお風呂が広くて快適でした。
家族4人で泊まりましたが、ビジネスホテルに泊まるよりも、広々とのびのび過ごせました。
基本良くない点はないですが、チェックインはドアを入って直ぐのタブレットを自分で操作してから部屋番号がわかります。
このタイプの非対面のシステムの宿が初めてだったので、チェックインの説明を自分でよく読むことをおすすめします。
