Nestled in Fernie, this charming condo for $169 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to our newly renovated loft in Fernie’s historic downtown. Our home has two bedrooms and an open concept living space with hotel quality linens, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy downtown views & attractions, while being minutes away from trails, parks and the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort. Steps from our door, you will find an abundance of shops, cafes, galleries & restaurants. Our central location makes our listing the perfect place to enjoy Fernie to the fullest. 2 Bedroom/1 full bath, modern condo, in the heart of Fernie's historic main street of 2nd avenue. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a master bedroom and queen bed, with a second bedroom hosting double bunk beds. There is also a storage garage at the back of the building for your use, where you can store your gear for every mountain activity. Your private garage is located on the right and has its own unique padlock and code. Please do not bring mountain bikes, skis or sports gear into the actual building. As for parking, street parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis in both the front, side and rear of the building. During winter months, overnight parking is free in two downtown designated parking lot areas. Please enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to contact, Yvonne, our property manager for any and all of your needs during your stay in Fernie. Access to the condo is reached via 2nd avenue in the front of the building, above and to the left hand side of, "Grow: Children's Boutique." Storage, again, is in the back of the building, garage to the right, and can be accessed via your own personal entry code. The condo is located on the main drag of Fernie's history downtown site. The condo is located above a very quiet children's store, which closes each evening by 5 pm. There is a second suite above and next door, which is currently vacant for the owner's occasional use. Suites are 100 % sound proof and offer a peaceful surrounding in which to rest. City of Fernie Licence # 002539

The apartment was everything we could want. It was in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable with everything I would need during the stay. Beds very comfortable too. Excellent location right in town. Would definitely return.

Great little place for our family of three. Safe and quiet building steps from a coffee shop, spa, cute shops, as well as all other amenities. Trains come through regularly but the noise wasn’t terrible. We will definitely book again.

If you like clean, well kept, comfortable beds, great location this IS the place for you! Location is perfect for dinning, night life and rental shops (biking, snowshoes and ski gear). Couldn’t ask for more. We will go back 100%

Got to the apartment at 11 pm, opened the front door and lights automatically came on to start the experience in Fernie. The apartment is fantastic, decorated professionally, has everything including spices and coffee. The location is the best in Fernie, right downtown, coolest local coffee shop with locally roasted beans connected to the building. We will be back soon, Go Ghostriders Go!

The place was perfectly located to access all we needed for our friends wedding and still walk or bike the kids to the playground or trails. Very clean, beds are super comfy and the window seat is the perfect place to drink a coffee or tea in the morning and do some people watching or just enjoy the mountain views.

We fell in Love with Fernie two years ago but stayed on the mountain. We were so happy to find this downtown gem. The apartment is amazing!! Fully stocked, fascinating artwork and window seats overlooking the street. Great bars and restaurants right on the street below. Our only concern is the listing which failed to mention the steep stairs up to the lodging. It was difficult to carry our things up. We would still stay there, but a month earlier I could not have negotiated the steps. The owner was wonderful. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone without accessibility issues. We hope to come back soon.

Great little condo right in the middle of downtown Fernie. Will try to stay there again when I visit again. You can walk just about anywhere in Fernie with lots of great restaurants just out the door.
