Our first visit to the area, and our first time in this type of serviced apartment (Global Luxury Suites - Capitol Hill). Overall, a good experience.
Positives:
The apartment was spotless and well-organized on arrival, with clean, neatly made beds.
Kitchen was fully equipped, plus washer/dryer access — very convenient for a longer stay.
Security was excellent throughout the building (lobby, elevators, apartment).
Neighbors and staff were friendly and helpful, even without a traditional front desk.
Areas for improvement:
Weak water pressure in the bathroom sink made everyday tasks slower than they should be.
No bath mats provided during our entire stay.
No housekeeping over ~14 days; requesting a cleaning cost an extra $250, which felt steep.
Check-in relies on an app (DOOR) rather than a front desk — a bit confusing at first, though manageable once set up.
Extending our stay directly through the property was priced higher than Booking.com, so we had to check out and rebook to get the better rate.
Overall, a comfortable and secure option for extended stays, with room to improve on housekeeping, water pressure, and pricing consistency.

acess key and acees card very complicated , staff are there they will not mind to help ou you willbe embarassed as you are new in area and in such situation no cooperation from staff no callingnumber if you are intl passenger and no wifi you are trapped your adrinaline level will increase and you will become mad

Location
I now have figured out the difference between bedroom types. In a previous stay I had a bedroom with a private door. This room was more like an inefficiency room which did not have a private door on the bedroom. My next visit I’ll know what to ask for. The communication was a bit difficult. I called several times with no response, sent emails. I was trying to see if I could change rooms for an apartment with a door on the bedroom. I would have been willing to pay an additional fee but after three days before I received an explanation I had to figure out something with my sons stay with me. We were moving him and I had planned for him to stay until we could get his home situated.

Location was great
We booked 2 rooms 1 queen bed and the other twin beds ; we were given two rooms with twin beds, when i asked they said someone was going to call me back and no one did, when i saw them in the building they said it was booking fault, all access is via door and i was sent the link for latch, my parents are elderly and couldn’t use their phone except for phone call, and i asked for a card key and they apologized but didn’t have it , when i arrived the code for the door wasn’t working. The service on the elevator isn’t good so you have to make sure you keep the. Elevator open until you unlock the elevator
