We liked the grounds as they had beautiful lakes, waterfalls, flowers and trees. The internet had an excellent connection. For sleeping it was very quiet. Air conditioning and hot water were good. Having a private pool was wonderful. I recommend for a nice getaway.
The toilet had a big, bad smell in the morning. The doors opening to the pool were very hard to open. The breakfast should have heat under the trays and not be cold items.

Fantastic oasis in the Chiang Mai hills. Wonderful to go to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, amazing massage, comfy bed and great staff, really great staff. The massages are amazing and defo do the movie night. Fantastic breakfast and amazing pool!
Inconsistent housekeeping, I’d never know if my room would be cleaned or not, and I broke a cup by accident and they charged me 280b for it along with 50b for welcome cookies which seems against the whole point.

Lovely staff, peaceful experience, picturesque grounds
Location far from any amenity or bars and restaurants. Around 45 minutes from old town. But still no local shops or bars nearby for choice. Car/bike is recommended. Bathroom, had a stale smell, believe this may have been the water. Our stay was brief, so not time to sort with the property.
