I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and I always enjoy coming back. The location is very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. My kids especially love the hot springs and always look forward to staying here. It was also a special experience for us that my mother, who came from the Philippines, had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and enjoy the hot springs with us. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family stay.

The breakfast was disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this rating. The biggest drawback was the lack of fresh fruit. The only fruit available was some oranges cut into tiny cubes and a canned mixed-fruit selection.
On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is only about 100–150 metres from the station, and the entire walk is sheltered, making it very convenient in all weather conditions.
I would suggest that the hotel improve its breakfast offering by providing a wider variety of choices, such as freshly prepared omelettes and a better selection of fresh fruits.

The property was so near to the station and shopping stores.
They only provide 1 room card and its very inconvinient for groups. And don't have the early morning spa and bath.
