We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous house. The interior was beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Lafayette or the Purdue University campus. This place is a must book if in the area.

Historic charm meets hotel luxury in this gem. We rented it for our son's graduation and it could not have been more perfect. Location/proximity to Purdue's campus was easy, the flat is spacious and generously accommodated a brunch for 6 which allowed us to spend quality time together as a family and not have to fight brunch crowds elsewhere. The kitchen (and all other rooms) is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to cook with ease on site. Maggie was great to work with and very responsive. I can't say enough good things. It was the perfect rental for a very special weekend.

This is a gem tucked into downtown Lafayette. Fully renovated home with all the modern luxuries you could desire. The kitchen is fully modernized, there is ample space throughout the home, you’re within blocks of shopping and dining spots, and you’re a quick drive to Purdue. Maggie was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. This is easily one of the best, most unique rentals in the area.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained historic home. The accommodations were top-notch. House is close to restaurants but on a quiet street. Stayed with friends and visited with our sons who are university students. This location was perfect for us; we plan to return again.

Weygold house has everything you would want and more. Even the location is right in town walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cherry on top was the sauna! Maggie was very welcoming and ensured we had everything for our stay. We be sure to stay here on our trips to Purdue!

One of THE BEST Vrbo's I've stayed at! The house gives off antique vibes putting you back into the era when it was built! Every single section of the house is well-stocked and the host definitely thought through all the necessities and provided them for our convenience. Super easy to communicate with the owner as well! Lovely historic home. Updated and has plenty of space for a family. We enjoyed gathering for our daughter's Purdue University graduation and using the home as our home base while in town.

The house was perfect for our family during our visit to Purdue to see our son and go to a football game. There was a lot of room and the place was immaculate. We could walk to campus and the quaint shops and restaurants of Lafayette (also walkable from the house). Maggie has thought of everything to make you feel welcome and we definitely hope to return!

Just had a couple of my best girlfriends over, and threw myself a birthday party while staying at this gorgeous home! I live in town but wanted to splurge on a getaway without going far! Amazing host, amazing attention to details of guest pampering. I felt like I was in a bougee hotel, but at the same time feels like the comforts of grandmas house! Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed for cooking and serving! I would definitely recommend and would definitely be back!!

As described, a classic older house with modern ammenites. The kitchen was good sized and nicely stocked with spices etc should you want to cook. If not, several restaurants are within easy walking distance. The living area was spacious. The narrow staircases up to the bedrooms might be an issue for those bad knees or mobility issues. There is transitional housing across and down the street. There is a Catholic school playground right across the street full of exuberant middle schoolers during recess. The entrance to the house is off of an alley. These were not at all issues but dropped the rating to a 4 for the neighborhood. There is a very nice backyard oasis at the entry point for the house. All in all very nice.

Myself, husband and two kids stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my niece's wedding. Plenty of space for the four of us to get ready or to rake a minute to relax. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The back yard was more private than I expected. There is one aTV, so it was a little challenging for the adults and kids to share. During down time. There were several little surprises that just made you smile, fresh flowers and kpods. I'd highly recommend, just note that there is a $15 additional fee for each child or adult. We did end up having to pay $45 after initial cost to account for my husband and two kids. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Our family was visiting from Cleveland for our son to tour the Purdue University. The home was an easy walk from Lafayette to the campus. There are plenty of restaurants also within walking distance. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. In the backyard is a great patio to enjoy. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night but wish we had stayed longer. I highly recommend this home!!

Loved this historic house! The location is perfect for a Purdue visit . We loved we were able to walk to restaurants/pubs and stores. The welcome note from our host Maggie was so nice and loved the fresh flowers around the house. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful. Overall a great place.

I had a fantastic stay. It's in a great location (close to the Saturday Farmer's Market and all the popular restaurants and shops in Downtown Lafayette). The house is spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything was impeccable and far exceeded my expectation. I was staying by myself for a personal retreat (which I loved every minute of), but the house would also be perfect for a family of 4~6 visiting Purdue and Greater Lafayette community , or for a ladies' night 'in' event. Can't wait to visit it again. Maggie was a wonderful host - extremely helpful and responsive, and a joy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
