Looked at booking direct. And booking.com. same room and starting room rate. Direct finished 65 higher in taxes and fees. Does candlewood tack on an in-house reservation fee?

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was great with all the amenities needed, fridge, strong wifi and nice bed.
The only issue we had was the people next door to us and across the hall continuously slamming the door multiple times in the early ours of the morning (2am-4am) and the smell of pot in the hallway.
