Convenient location, clean and had everything I needed
Room was small, but that is normal in Japan and wasn’t a problem as the room layout was very effective

The hotel was great. It was within walking distance of the train station, restaurants, bars and a lot of night life if that’s what your into.
Walking distance of the Tokyo Tower and local shrines.
This had everything you needed but I would say it was a very small room however we didn’t mind for 2 nights as we were hardly there.
The staff were incredible and so helpful.

Good location next to AZABUDAI hills, Teamlab borderless and Lawsons, although getting across the crosswalk you have to cross 3 streets to get to the other side of the road. I didn’t really like rappongi much though. There are much better places to stay in Tokyo.
They Wouldn’t let us throw our coffee cups away, the rooms were quite small although we did have a nice view of Tokyo tower. The hotel looks blue in the pictures but it’s actually brown. The entrance was nice and so was the spa but aside from its grand feel in the lobby the hotel was hot as hell. I Don’t recommend staying there in the summer.
