Hi there, welcome to our house is located in a quiet and convenient Bayview neighborhood in San Francisco. This location is very walkable, so daily errands do not require a car. We just remodeled this 2B1B unit in our single-family house on the 2nd floor. We are 5 mins to Freeway 101 & 280, which takes you to Downtown SF and SFO in 15 mins! Bus stops 54 & 91 & TBUS are one block away. The space This is a private unit with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor of our residential house. A We have 2 single beds in room 1, and a double bed in room 2, and there's a sofa bed for additional guests in the living room. There is a full kitchen with utensils provided and a dining counter with it. Guest access A lot of restaurants and cafes, and supermarkets are within walking distance of the 3rd street, so you don't need a car to live in this neighborhood. A bus stop is right at the corner for Bus 54, 91, and TBUS. Other things to note My family and I live on the ground floor. No party or loud music during the stay. No smoking on the property. My daughters and I needed a bit of space to pack up before flying out and this home was perfect for that. It was clean and had quite easy access to popular SF sites. Parking turned out to be no problem at all on the street out front. :-)

This was a clean, two room location. Easy parking, which is nice in San Francisco. It was a good home base to explore the city. The kitchen is stocked with the utensils needed to cook. The bathroom works well. The neighborhood is quiet enough for sleeping. The owner was very communicative and courteous. If there could be an improvement, it would be a television, but we weren't spending a lot of time in the VRBO as we wanted to see the city.

We were impressed with this vrbo. The one thing I will say is parking is definitely an issue! There are no signs stating " No Parking" and spots are hard to find. We parked across the street and my friends car got towed! $650 dollar fine. I think maybe post on site where you can and can't park. City considered spot a "driveway" but it definitely wasn't one. Nothing against the owners or house, it was great, but parking is definitely an issue!!
