Aussergewöhnlich gutes italienisches Frühstück mit verschiedenen frisch gemachten Kuchen, Frischkäse, Yoghurt etc. Marcella und Franco sind aussergewöhnlich nette und grosszügige Gastgeber.
Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

This place is a hidden gem. Located about a 30-second walk from the beautiful beach of Punta Prosciutto, this historic property is beautifully restored with fully renovated rooms. High double-story ceilings provide a spacious feeling, and the loft space was overlooking olive trees through the double story windows. The bathroom featured a nice shower with excellent amenities. Having a full fridge and a safe in the room was very convenient. The outdoor spaces of this property were spectacular. After spending the day at the beach, we relaxed in the beautiful garden under the olive trees. The private complimentary gazebos and loungers created the perfect shaded retreat to unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere or have a nap. Amenities also included beach umbrellas and inflatables that were available for the guests to take to the beach. But what truly made this place unforgettable is the hospitality. Franco runs the property with such warmth and attention to detail and makes you feel like family. His special hand stirred limoncello slush drinks are a delicious treat on a hot day, and Marcella’s breakfasts featuring freshly baked sweets, amazing croissant sandwiches and foccacias, and absolutely exceptional. She even packed some for us to take to the beach! There is also a restaurant on site, which features authentic, traditional Apulian dishes. We ate here every single night and every meal was a wonderful culinary experience. From local antipasti, delicious pastas, meat and seafood, we let Giuseppe select our dinner every evening, and it always exceeded our expectations.
If you are looking for a true Italian vacation filled with beauty, authenticity, delicious food, and some of the best hospitality in all of Puglia, this is the place, it truly felt like a small paradise. We cannot wait to come back. If we could give this place 10 stars we would! Thank you Franco, Marcella and Giuseppe!

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni meravigliosi al Casale di Punta Prosciutto e non avremmo potuto scegliere un posto migliore per la nostra vacanza. La camera era impeccabile, pulita ogni giorno con grande cura, e la posizione è davvero eccezionale: la splendida spiaggia si trova a soli 30 metri, comodissima da raggiungere a piedi.
Il casale è un’oasi di tranquillità, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il mare del Salento. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marcella e Franco, che con la loro gentilezza, disponibilità e ospitalità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo giorno.
Le colazioni preparate da Marcella sono semplicemente deliziose: ricche, abbondanti e con tante specialità fatte in casa che rendevano ogni risveglio ancora più piacevole.
È stato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con grande piacere. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliamo il Casale di Punta Prosciutto a chiunque cerchi un luogo accogliente, curato e a due passi da uno dei mari più belli del Salento.

Franco, Marcella e Giuseppe si spendono anima e corpo per i loro ospiti creando un rapporto quasi familiare con ognuno di loro. L'accoglienza va oltre il 10 e lode qualora questo fosse possibile.
La camera, ampia ed ariosa, ricavata da un'idrovora ristrutturata di metà del secolo scorso, ha parerti spesse oltre mezzo metro e consente di mantenere la temperatura interna costante nonostante il clima. Ci ha consentito di riposare meravigliosamente anche senza l'utilizzo dell'aria condizionata in dotazione, nonostante il caldo esterno.
Il servizio colazione poi è un vero incanto di sapori e preparazioni delle sapienti mani di Marcella che ogni giorno offre varietà e freschezza (il 90% di quanto potrete gustare è a centimetro zero! Direttamente dalle cucine del ristorante).
L'ampio giardino ed i gazebo a disposizione delle stanze sono poi il tocco finale ad un soggiorno che garantisce pieno relax nel totale rispetto di quell'oasi naturalistica che è Punta Prosciutto. (In particolare quì siamo a 20 passi dal mare...e non ho le gambe particolarmente lunghe.)
Assolutamente consigliato a chi è a caccia di mare meraviglioso (perchè dobbiamo dire Caraibico quando possiamo dire Pugliese?! Si adattassero loro!) e ricarica di mente e corpo.
Il ristorante della struttura offre la giusta varietà di ottimi piatti di mare (sempre dal fresco) e terra, contribuendo se non sottolineando l'armonia di quel sentire che la Terra Salentina è: ospitalità, occhi, mani e cuore pieno da offrire e ricambiare!
Che i giorni siano trascorsi troppo velocemente. Ho già prenotato il prossimo soggiorno.
