My grandmother and aunt stayed here during a short trip to Milan and had a very pleasant experience overall.
There was a small misunderstanding when they arrived, as they are not very familiar with modern technology and were unsure how some of the apartment systems worked. As a result, they initially thought the electricity was not working. However, the staff responded incredibly quickly and professionally. Even though it was late in the evening, someone came to assist them in person and patiently explained everything they needed to know.
I really appreciated the responsiveness. It's reassuring to know that help was available when needed. Thank you for making their stay comfortable and stress-free!

It was very clean and the location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the train:)

La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda e in un bel palazzo, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato davvero gentile con noi.
Purtroppo la cosa che è stata più problematica è stata l'acqua calda non c'era abbastanza acqua calda per fare due docce, il ragazzo è stato sempre molto disponibile a sistemare la situazione ma purtroppo una sera uno di noi due è dovuto andare a casa di amici per lavarsi, vi consiglio di sistemare anche qualche dettaglio, capisco che siamo a Milano ma questa non può essere una scusa.
