Age requirements do not apply to families with children. - Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500. - Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered. - Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation. The house was so well equipped and so amazing! It’s a half mile from the beach and pier. Awesome place and will try to get the house in the summer!

This house is perfect for a larger group of people. Plenty of space and privacy for those who want it. Everything was very clean. The property manager was responsive to all of our inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

Large house with alot of room for bigger families.We enjoyed the spacious living room, game area/loft and rooftop deck. Kids enjoyed the hot tub! Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable! Bathrooms on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are perfect! George was a great host and quick to respond to our questions!

This house is amazing!!!! It looks exactly like the pics and the host are ready to get in contact with. The house is a couple blocks from the beach and comes with beach passes and a parking pass. They also have beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella to use on the beach. I loved that they even had k-cups and tea bags. Definitely recommend staying at this house and if I go back to the shore I would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the hot tub and the game room the most only second to the roof top deck. Everything was as advertised but nicer. It was a great spot and George was especially helpful with a couple of things that came up. Thanks so much for a fun first trip to the Jersey Shore!

Our family of 8 adults visited Seaside Heights for the first time. This property was amazing! It was exactly as advertised and we had a blast. From the roof top balcony, the games room and karaoke to the hot tub and cornhole competitions in the backyard. Thank you so much to George and Kelli for their hospitality and for making our vacation a great one! Xox

Our weekend was absolutely amazing at George’s property! He was always available over text and super helpful and accommodating. The house was a close enough walk to the beach/boardwalk. It was incredibly spacious, even more so than it appears in the pictures. Beds were comfy, and the rooftop deck was awesome for a cup of coffee in the morning. The jacuzzi was so clean and such a nice touch to the house. Thank you George!

This property was absolutely amazing. We had 8 adults and three kids and the house was pristine. George responded quickly everytime i texted. He was the most accommodating host i have ever had which was so appreciated! The kitchen table fit us all comfortably and we had so much fun with the foosball table and karaoke machine! Could not have asked for a better house for our summer vacation! 1000% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed! Thank you George and Kelli!

This house was absolutely amazing. There was nothing negative I could say about this property. We have rented multiple VRBOs and this was our favorite. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

Plenty of room, 3 floors, and a furnished sun deck. The hot tub was unexpected since it wasn't pictured, but we enjoyed it! Everything was up-to-date and attractive. The little thoughtful extras really added to our enjoyment: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, games, lots of coffee, tea, etc. Really a lovely house. Oh, and comfortable beds!

Great attention to details. The welcome basket went over great. We came from out of state and the home felt very much like a home, not a hotel. Location is great. Easy to get to. Quick trips to supermarket or restaurants. Menus for nearby delivery was a nice touch as well. Honestly, everything was perfect and we will definitely be coming back. If you have kids, I’d highly recommend!!!

Our family had such a great time staying at Kelli & George's Seaside home. The house was well appointed, modern, clean and had all the amenities you would need while traveling. We had more than enough room for our family of five and the kids lived in the upstairs game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes you would need (though you should still plan to bring basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc.) The beds were incredibly comfy (we didn't want to get up!) as were the rest of the furniture throughout the home.
One of the requirements that our family had was a hot tub and the one Kelli and George have on property did not disappoint. It was under cover, large enough for us all to comfortably hang out and there was also an outdoor TV. The neighbors in the back were close but we made sure to keep the noise levels down.
We would return again without question. Our hosts were great and Kelli was super responsive to all of our messages. FIVE STAR getaway!

This home, a short walk from the ocean, was comfortable and well-appointed. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, including in the kitchen and with all the linens and towels. The owner was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and wine. We would definitely return if we come back to this area. Thank you!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 children celebrated Thanksgiving at this amazing house. We have stayed in many VRBOs all over the US and this was by far the most well stocked, wonderfully decorated with great amenities. The game room on the top floor was a huge hit with all of us.
I can't say enough about the hot tub area that had a TV! We all loved it!
There were lots of games provided in the game room and in the living room.
The huge TV in the living room was awesome for watching the Thanksgiving Day Macy's parade and football and FIFA World Cup. There were actually 7 TVs!
The kitchen was amazing with everything you'd need and more. All new appliances were top notch. They even had a cup/glass washer!
Kelli was wonderful to work with and so sweet. She had a bottle of champagne waiting for my husband and I since we planned to renew our vows as we celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary. We had our ceremony on the rooftop deck and it was perfect!!
Our entire family said it was the best VRBO that we have stayed in!

The house was perfect for our long weekend get together. The decor and furnishings were beachy and beautiful. The amenities were beyond what we expected. The game room was a hit with everyone in our group. The hot tub on the back patio was a nice place to relax on a rainy day. We would recommend this house to families or groups.

I would like to say this was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Everything thing that you could think of was provided!! First off the property was beautiful and it was perfect for a family of 8, we had plenty of space. Four Adults and 4 kids and everybody truly enjoyed themselves and i wish we would have stayed a couple of more days. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we’re available to answer any questions or concerns if needed, but there were none. Everything went smoothly from the check-in to check-out. The location was great and it was a short easy walk to the get to the Boardwalk, which was perfect and there was plenty to do. We even took a quick drive to Manhattan which was hour and 30 mins from the house. If your looking for a great location that is family friendly this is definitely the house for you!

Words cannot express the beauty of this house! The coastal decor and layout is so beautiful. We loved sitting on the rooftop watching the sunset. The location was also perfect. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Kelli & George were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They were flexible with check-in, which was very helpful. The house was extremely clean and had all of the necessities for our stay. We highly recommend staying here.

We needed a last minute beach house to hang with family and friends and this house could not have been more perfect! Kelli the amazing host was beyond helpful! There wasn’t one thing I needed that she didn’t provide! Even when there was a slight leak in the pipe in the kitchen, she sent the plumber immediately and got it fixed. The house is well appointed and very modern. The rooftop was a nice relaxing spot to chill with the family and enjoy and nice late afternoon cocktail. I would definitely come back to this house and any other property Kelli is hosting. This was a five star house!!
