We respect our neighbors! ***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE—NO smoking inside the premises! Guests acknowledge the premises are designated as smoke-free INSIDE of the property and agree not to smoke INSIDE the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, any other substance and/or vaping chemicals. In any case a guest smokes/vapes on the premises, guest agrees to pay a penalty fee for violation ***Guest(s) agree to these terms when they confirm their booking. -A lot of parking is available on property/outside

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives in LA. This place is cozy, and had everything we needed. The traffic noise was noticeable in the living areas, but closing the bedroom door really cut down the noise for sleeping. The bed is our only real complaint, as it is very noisy whenever you move even just the slightest. Overall, it was a great stay and very convenient to visit with our daughter.

The location is not listed correctly in the listing. Otherwise, the location was fine, parking was available and safe,and the apartment had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Pros: nicely appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, parking spot. Convenient location. Cons: actual location is about 2.5 miles SE from the pin. I was expecting to be more inside Studio City but was closer to Universal City. It is not terrible, but not where I wanted and not where I originally thought I would be. While the neighborhood felt safe it was on a busy road and there was constant traffic noise in the living area. It was not a problem in the bedroom. Still, I thought the value was decent for the apartment with its amenities. I was just disappointed by the unexpected location and noise.
