Condo très confortable et très beau.
Le service est pourri. On m'avait laissé une serviette sale et mouillée, j'ai essayé a plusieurs reprises davoir nouvelle serviette et linge a vaisselle- on a complètement ignoré mes demandes. Beaucoup de vaisselle manquante. Personnel de soir et fin de semaine ( femme) à l'entrée de l'édifice désagréable mais celle de jour très gentille.

Die Größe der Wohnung.
Ruhiges Gebäude, in dem man sich sicher fühlt.
Das Kissen war dreckig und wurde nicht gewaschen.
Die Decke hatte eine großes Loch.
Die Handtücher waren dreckig und hatte rote und graue Flecken.
Die Balkontür konnte man nicht zuschließen.
Das Wasser in der Dusche war Max 1 Minute warm und wurde dann komplett kalt.Wenn man 1 Woche lang kalt duschen muss und mehrmals lange Haare waschen muss, freut man sich irgendwann auf eine warme Dusche.
Der conditioner war komplett leer und wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Die Putzfrau klopfte am Abreisetag um 11 Uhr an mein Zimmer, dass ich das Zimmer verlassen soll.
Ich hatte extra am Vortag an der Rezeption gefragt, wann check out ist: sie sagte 12 Uhr (auf booking steht auch 11-12 Uhr)
Sowas sollte und darf alles nicht passieren.
Ich hatte dem Eigentümer geschrieben und neue Laken, Kopfkissen und Handtücher bekommen (wobei die neuen Handtücher sehr alt und abgenutzt waren)
Der Rest wurde nicht behoben.Schade.

Me gustó el trato con el personal de recepción
El apartamento le faltaba una limpieza más profunda , sobre todo el regadero estaba lleno de pelos y no dejaba que bajara el agua

Hubo problema con nuestro departamento y nos cambiaron a otro. En el que estuvimos genial, piscina privada con tumbonas genial.
Estuvimos 8 días con las mismas toallas de la piscina y del baño… cuando llegamos las pilas de la puerta de entrada no funcionaban no cambiaron nos dieron la llave y listo.
En las escaleras para subir a la planta de arriba el mármol estaba roto y no vinieron a arreglar ni siquiera.
El apartamento de 10 pero la atención no fue muy buena…
