We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely location

The coding message was late so we had a short wait on the door step. Other guests helped. It was quickly sorted.

New building

Poor water pressure, they do not change towels/sheets unless you stay 8 days, high service fees, had not hot water for first 3 nights until I identified the problem on the unit on the balcony was throwing a error code

Modern, comfortable place to stay in Playa del Carmen

A modern, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment at the north end of 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen. The host was very helpful and parking was straight forward outside the block. The location is right at the end of the strip so nice and quiet and a 5 minute walk to all the action.

Shower pressure was terrible and the temperature was difficult to control. Also, there was only one mirror in the bathroom, a minor niggle but one placed in the main room would be helpful.
