The location is stunning with a view of the river outside the balcony. The onsen was relaxing and quite lovely. They offered a free van to the train station which was quite helpful since there are hardly any taxis.

Meals were fantastic. However, I wouldn't have every meal at the hotel since there are plenty of options very close to the hotel.

Some of their staffs are super friendly but some speak rudely on the phone.
