breakfast was great, dinner was pretty good one night and subpar the next. desk staff very pleasant, and the female restaurant/bar staff were also, but the male restaurant/bar staff were not so pleasant. they seemed a bit miserable. not creepy, just like they would rather not be doing service industry work anymore. the spa is pretty delightful. the grounds are really lovely. you can go for a nice walk in the woods directly from the hotel grounds. if they don't have live music in the summer, they should because they certainly have the space for small outdoor concerts. It's well above my usual price range but I'm not a big spender. I would return just for the spa.
the spa doesn't open until 10 a.m., and it closes earlier than i'd like also.

Location - size of room - proximity to Selinunte archeological park
Parking on the street, though the town is quiet and it is not difficult to park - breakfast could be slightly better though I can't complain of the offering

This seemed to be the only hotel right inside town. The location was good to get to Seliunte for a day trip, and the bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate.
There was no wi fi at all in the room and no solution was offered by the front desk. A kind woman who had been there doing consulting work for the small hotel spa and was checking out when I was at the front desk getting no solution told the clerk to clean her room and we would move to it because she had wi fi. That worked. Also, front desk staff gave incorrect Salemi bus stop information to us and another quest. Luckily, we went to a helpful travel agency across the street. There were a few other things that exhibited disorganization. The breakfast waitress was excellent and the hotel served its purpose as a convenient place to stay to see Seliunte.
