A good hotel in the city centre. Everything is within walking distance. There’s a tube station, shops, cafés and a market nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly – they’ll help with any queries and let you use the fridge and microwave, which is very handy. Also there’s the most delicious Italian ice cream on the corner!
Staircase. But that’s typical of Amsterdam :)

We were looking for a place with character, and we found one. The hotel is located in an area with a very local atmosphere, just a five-minute walk from a metro station and close to several restaurants with terraces that filled up with locals in the evenings.
Really, the only complaint concerns the staircase, which is very steep—typical for the area.

My experience was really good, they should provide iron in the room which is a very basic facility or atleast on shared communal area, shampoo and toothpaste are very basic things they should provide, breakfast was basic but very good. Staff was excellent

I loved my stay here! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room/facilities are clean, breakfast was lovely, location is perfect! There are loads of cool bars/cafes within walking distance, but you can also rent a bike to get around quicker too. I’d definitely return! Thanks bicycle hotel :)
