Cleaning staff were exceptional hotel very outdated and in need of repair but they did the best they could
View from balcony was wonderful
Second attempt at food was very good. Despite first night being very poor.
Hotel is in very poor state so would not say 4 stars more 2/3 at best
They are a lot of stairs and this was not made clear
Some staff speak no English and are in positions where they are engaging with customers.
