Do not stay here

The only thing that was nice was the location

Staying here was repulsive, it was extremely dirty, beds didn't seem made, linen were dirty, floor has probably not been swept for weeks, trash in was not emptied, it's so sad the location is quite nice but it is destroyed by the awful way the accommodation is being maintained. Very hard to understand why the accommodation has not even basic cleanliness. Is better to stay in a budget motel

We will not be staying again.

There isn’t a clear means to access the river, and even after several attempts to contact someone for help, we had no access to the television or wifi. The help desk simply stopped responding as I was trying to get help with the issue. There too many other options in Hattiesburg, especially for the price.

We enjoyed the outdoor covered deck and being in nature.

There was no hot water, the couch and bed were not comfortable, and no privacy with the layout of the cabin.
