Schönes Hotel, mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Hatten Zimmer mit Blick auf den Sky Tree. Sehr empfehlenswert! Zimmer war sehr ruhig und es hatte für uns (2 EW, 1 Kind) eine passende Größe. Sehr gute Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, aber auch zu Fuss ist vieles (Sky Tree, Asakusa,...) erreichbar. Gebucht ohne Frühstück.

In den Stoßzeiten längere Wartezeiten beim Lift. Ansonsten alles ok!

Good location and clean

It is close to lots of sightseeing locations, like Ginza, Tokyo Skytree, Ueno Park etc. Very close to the metro station, JR line station.

The room is pretty small and crowded.

Wonderful experience and comfortable stay in Tokyo

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, airport shuttle stops at the hotel, roof top restaurant has spectacular city and sky tree view.

Proximity to train station and shops

Rigid check out time. Must leave room exactly at 11 to avoid being charged 2000 yen an hour after checkout time.

Easy transportation/ Location

The biggest draw is the location & close proximity to tons of shopping/eating! 🤩The Limo Bus from Haneda Airport is a huge plus!

Variation in breakfast buffet would be appreciated, crowded a lot of the time.

It is a super good and nice hotel, we will stay there again next time in Tokyo

It has airport limousine directly to Haneda Airport, very convenient. It is close to JR station, with lots of local restaurants and convenient stores around. The room is spacious and clean

The lift is not equipped with smart card function, meaning everyone can go to your hotel floor

Enjoyable and pleasant place to stay

Hotel location is very strategic.. near the Kinsicho station and easy to find. Near the hotel you can find KIT mall which has Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, 3 coins and many Japanese product stores also several good restaurants. Also you can see the Tokyo sky tree from the hotel or you can reach Tokyo sky tree by around 20 minutes walking or using the metro train.

Przede wszystkim widok z 19 piętra na pięknie oświetlaną wieżę. Uprzejmość ze strony pracowników hotelu o danie jak najwyższego piętra w danym standardzie. Bliska lokalizacja dworca kolejowego.

Gut geeignet für alleine reisende, bietet allen Komfort mit Lage und Ausstattung.

Das Zimmer war grosszügig und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, mit direktem Anschluss am Bahnhof und in einem lebendigen, aber auch wohnlichen Quartier. Beim Frühstück ist für alle was dabei und ich mochte die grosse Lobby.

Bar und Kaffee in der Lobby sind zu teuer, kostet das doppelte als der ansonsten angetroffene Preis für ein Getränk.

Hotel za ugodno ceno na dobri lokaciji z vsem potrebnim za prijetno bivanje

Namestitev za ugodno ceno na zelo dobri lokaciji v bližini postaje podzemne železnice in Skytree razglednega stolpa, do letališča Haneda pa je le slabe pol ure vožnje s taksijem. Sobe so čiste in lepo vzdrževane, kar velja tudi sicer za hotel v celoti. Zajtrk je okusen s kar široko ponudbo različne hrane. Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo je osebje hotela, ki nam je pomagalo tudi pri nakupu ugodnih vozovnic za podzemno železnico.

Skytree View is a winning formula!

1. Straight away gotta go ahead and say GET THE SKYTREE VIEW !! It's totally worth it and every night I always got distracted by the sheer beauty of it. 2. The Bus Limousine arrives right out front of the hotel from both Narita and Haneda Airports. Can't get better than that! 3. Personally, being 30mins away from the main part of Tokyo was fine with me as I enjoy taking Public Transport in foreign countries. Being around 20-30mins away to some parts of the city is the perfect time period to be on the trains. 4. Lobby was magnificent, I was thinking to myself "am I in the right hotel" when I first arrived. 5. Room was pretty good in terms of Bathroom, Beds and Amenities. Might I add the daily room cleaning came at the right time for me, around 12pm. On my World Tour, every place has been really early around 10am, so I MISS those "late" cleaning times. Also the park to the left was so, so, so amazing. I never walk at home in the mornings, but I walked to the Skytree every morning along that park.

When I think back, not too much was "I didn't like", It's mostly all just little itches. 1. As expected, the room was VERY tiny and struggled with 2 suitcases for myself. I knew this was gonna be the case so I didn't care much as I knew what was coming. Still going to put it here because maybe you reading this needed this information. 2. The hotel or level 18 wasn't soundproofed. People walking around was the main issue. 3. Im actually struggling to find a 3rd point.

Great location, close to subway lines, convenience stores and shops. Shuttle bus to Disney is a great bonus!

Gutes Hotel im östlichen Teil von Tokyo.

Sehr schöne Lobby, Aussicht aus dem 19. Stock auf die Stadt, nicht weit entfernt vom Tokyo Skytree Tower.

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Very practical, beautiful hotel close to everything.

We are a family with 2 young boys. The quadruple room was a good size for us. We had luggage and ate in the room a lot and had enough space. Daily room service with great coffee. Amazing shower. Close to many many restaurants and convenience stores. Close to train station. Lovely 20mins the walk to Tokyo sky tree.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, would have been more helpful if their English was slightly better. I expected that in a large hotel that it would be a little easier to communicate but this is a very minor thing.

Excellwnt staff and wonderdul location

Excellent location. 5 minutes from NR and Metro stations. 3 minutes from shopping mall, starbucks, and so on. Best shower pressure ever. Nice and clean. Very helpful staff

If you reswrve a room not facing Skytree,make sure you get high floor as the JR railway is just below and you can hear the trains

Front desk staff amazing & great location

I love the location as it is very close to the train station, food places & shopping. Loved the view of the Sky Tree especially at night! The Front Desk staff was amazing & spoke English. I really liked the ability to log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & YouTube account on the tv in the room. Room was perfect accommodating a family of 4 adults.

I wish they had a place to sit and relax in the lobby other than a restaurant located in the center of the lobby.

Amazing would come back!

Everything was very clean and beautiful, the staff was amazing and kind, the breakfast was delicious and had various different options, and the location was perfect because it’s close to the metro and Lawson!
