This single-family home is located in Bradenton and situated in a community called "Sabal Harbor". The location is perfect for travelers who are looking to not only travel to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast but also a close drive to Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and I-75. The property is conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, WAWA, and several restaurants in the area! Shangri La Retreat is very spacious with plenty of room for entertaining and has a relaxing tropical vibe throughout the whole house. The living room offers a large sectional sofa along with a Smart TV mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows or sporting events. The den at the front of the house offers even more sitting space if you are just looking to kick back and relax. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need to make any meal you miss from home and is fully equipped for your stay. The pool deck is completely screened in and has plenty of seating to hang out on a beautiful Florida day. The pool deck offers an additional location to watch your favorite shows or sports team while hanging out in the pool. Just outside the screens, you can also see a beautiful view of the pond. If you are interested in heating the pool that can be added for an additional charge! For your enjoyment when renting the property you receive access to the community tennis courts, basketball court, playground, and heated community pool. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master is located on the right side of the property and it comes with a king sized bed, a mounted smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. 2 of the other bedrooms come with queen-size beds and the last bedroom comes with a twin-sized bed and twin size trundle bed. All bedrooms come with a TV. Additional sleeping arrangements are offered with a sleeper sofa in the family room. *Property is pet friendly with prior approval and payment of pet fee. *Washer and Dryer Available! *The house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet. High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use. *Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. *Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
