Situated in Ponce Inlet, this attractive condo for $110 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Hurricane: The unit itself is damage-free. The main pool at the marina is indeed open as well as all the other amenities outside of the Beach Club. The Beach Club, which holds an additional pool and beach access, is closed. There is a public beach access point open the same distance from the unit as the beach club was, roughly a 5 minute walk. A timeline is currently unknown for when the beach club is reopening. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city. This beautifully furnished condo is conveniently located in the Harbor Village complex. The spacious master suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has two adorable twin size beds, television, and lovely waterfront views. The fully stocked kitchen provides an open floor plan to enjoy company while preparing meals. This condo also has its own laundry room completed with a washer and dryer. The attractively furnished living room leads into the expansive outside sitting area with breathtaking riverfront views. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. South Swim Club - This swimming pool facility is very convenient for those living in the Riverwalk Condominiums or Courtyard Homes. Fitness Center - Two fitness centers are open to all residents and offer a wide array of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, weights, and more. Each of the Links condo towers has their own fitness facility for those residents as well. Tennis - Harbour Village offers four private, full tennis courts which are lighted for your daily enjoyment. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

This property was a good place for 2 friends to stay. With a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area, there was plenty of privacy. The balcony overlooking the mangroves and the intracoastal waterway was where I spent most of my time there.

Harbor Village in Ponce Inlet is very nice and well maintained. However the unit itself is not. The master bedroom mattress is terrible and the televisions, well, I didn't know they made ones that small. If you like watching TV on your laptop, you're OK. It is ridiculous for a luxury rental, so to speak. The carpet was dirty and doors to patio either so rusted or dirty were very difficult to open. It could have been very nice with a little maintenance and a small investment in furnishings, but as it was, I bought an air mattress and TV and gave the TV to family when I left. This is my first experience with VRBO. I had other plans for the first week instead of doing the job of property management. Next time I'll probably stay in a hotel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a month in this great unit! Wonderful view and great access to the fishing dock. Clean and comfortable though bigger/smart tvs would be great, especially with longer stays required.

Reviewer Comments: The condo in in a gated community located on the inter coastal waterway. It is quite if you just want to relax. However, if you want to participate in activities they have a pool, games room, nine hole golf course and it is within easy walking distance to the beach. The condo is a two bedroom ideal for two people. It has all the amenities of home. It is and nice vacation apt the is reasonably priced

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved staying for a month during the summer. The view of the harbor was spectacular. We sat on the large patio every day watching the boats go by. The condo was clean and furniture in great condition. The amenities were remarkable. We frequently used both gyms and enjoyed pool side service at the marina club. There are boardwalks throughout the entire neighborhood in which our kids especially enjoyed exploring. The closest boardwalk goes right out to the harbor which we frequented and fished off of. We used the golf course and the beach club as well. Our only two concerns: when booking - the location of the condo address shows its in a different neighborhood (across the street in the Links) which has an indoor pool so we were disappointed we didnt have access to it. The customer service by the receptionist at the rental office was subpar. She was not friendly at all and actually told me I needed to wait 4 hours until I could obtain the keys when my rental had commenced two days earlier. I was also advised there would exterior painting and so areas of the parking lot would need to be clear according to the schedule so when I asked her what building we were in (because it doesnt correspond to the address) her response was ‘im not the rental department.’ It was not a pleasant start to our vacation. When dropping off keys I again encountered her and her attitude was the exact same. Unpleasant and serious lacking in customer service.
