Your half of the driveway can hold 2 vehicles, and therefore this property accommodates a maximum of 2 vehicles, with RVs, large trucks, and vehicles with trailers counting as 2 vehicles. These vehicles must be parked in the driveway during your stay, and not on the side of the street, in the front yard/grass, or on the Back Unit's side of the driveway. If you have only 1 vehicle, you may have one additional visiting vehicles at any given time, so long as the maximum people occupancy of the house is not exceeded, and so long as the visiting vehicle parks only in the driveway. The total driveway measures 19.5 feet wide and 45 feet long, meaning your half of the driveway measures 9.75 feet wide and 45 feet along. RVs, large trucks, or vehicles with a trailer may not be parked on the street at any time. No parking on the grass/front yard at any time. No parking on the grass/front yard or along the street . *The property will be stocked with 4 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, basic cleaning supplies, 2 dishwasher detergent tablets, 2 laundry detergent tablets, and some fabric softener sheets. Depending on the size of your party and your length of stay, you may find it necessary to bring additional supplies for use during your stay. No toiletries are provided. *Lawn service may come during your stay to cut the grass (every week during summer, less frequently during winter).
