Situated in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $513 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Ocean City Boardwalk condos don't get any better than this. Miramar Condominiums are the premier luxury condos on the boardwalk in Ocean City. My unit (#503) sits on the top floor of the Marriott Courtyard Oceanfront Hotel. This 2 BR / 2 BA 1400 square foot condo was constructed in 2008 and has everything you could want in an Ocean City Condo. The condo is located at the boardwalk and 15th street and has a partial ocean/beach/boardwalk view from the balcony. Condo guests have access to the hotel's indoor pool and all other hotel facilities. NO CLEANING FEES - All linens and cleaning upon checkout are included in the price. Check in and checkout are a breeze right in the lobby of the hotel. You'll have access to the 24 X 7 onsite staff if you need anything during your stay. This large, 1400 square foot condo with beautiful open floor plan offers the best of both worlds in an Ocean City vacation. The first 4 floors of the building are the Marriott Courtyard hotel and the privately owned condos sit on the top (5th) floor of the building. No other condos in Ocean City offer this combination of luxury, location, amenities, and service. This condo can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a new King bed (replaced in April 2019) in the Master Bedroom with huge en-suite luxury master bathroom. The 2nd Bedroom has a Double-sized Bunk bed with adjoining bathroom, and the living room offers a pull out queen sofa bed with brand new memory foam mattress for added comfort. The kitchen has new appliances and granite counters. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. HD Cable and secure/private high-speed wifi are also included. The condo rental includes linens, towels, toiletries, and the kitchen and laundry essentials you need for an enjoyable, stress-free stay. Guests have access to all Marriott Courtyard amenities, including the year round heated indoor pool, private sundeck, on site gym, and on site highly rated restaurant (The Captains Table). You can even order Room Service from the restaurant. The condos are managed by the same onsite staff that manages the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. They are there 24 hours a day and can assist you with whatever you need. Being located on top of the Marriott hotel has a lot of perks. The hotel has a great pool and gym and the staff is extremely attentive. Check in and Check out is as simple as can be - just like a hotel. The 15th and Boardwalk location is ideal. Right on the beach and Boardwalk, yet still a bit removed from the most crowded areas of Ocean City, this location offers the best of both worlds. **** Must be 25 or over to rent. No pets or smoking permitted. This is not a 'party condo'. It is a luxury condo that caters to families and adults looking for a wonderful place to call home during their stay in Ocean City.

Extremely easy check in !!! Very clean as usual and of course the whole condo is beautiful!!! We’ve been going there for 3 years the week of Xmas and will be doing it for many more!!! Our family loved this place!!! Everything was exactly as advertised. Very clean and neat when we checked in. Staff was very friendly! Oh and the restaurant had the best food and a very relaxing vibe!!!

The condo was beyonf my expectations. I brought my sister and my 87 yr old mom on this trip. My mom was more than impressed with the very clean and spacious accommodations. She was amazed with the master bedroom suite. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo by the ocean. Hopefully be able to take a trip back next fall.

Having stayed here before, we were very much looking forward to spending a few days here again.
Again, we were not disappointed. The condo is SO lovely and extremely spacious, with loads of necessities provided.
We enjoyed taking morning walks on the boardwalk, a few steps from the condo. Another plus we discovered is the beautiful bar off the lobby where we went for happy hour one evening.
Can’t wait to book for next year, and hope the weather is as gorgeous!

The condo was roomy for 4 adults and small children It was very clean and met all our needs Having a washer and dryer in the room with small children was key! The pool and splash pad were a joyful relief after a morning at the beach. The condo representative was on vacation while we were there but the front desk representatives were very responsive to our needs.
It is definitely a quiet part of the boardwalk however the fire station is only a block away. We did get used to sirens occasionally going off. Making up for that was bike rental right outside the door, fresh crabs a block away and free covered parking

My wife, her grandmother & I had a great stay over a long Easter weekend. The location of the condo is ideal, near the middle of the boardwalk and within close proximity to so much of what OCMD has to offer. The unit itself is as advertised. I recommend staying here for its amenities, cleanliness and location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, along the boardwalk. Stayed here to access Assateague. Peaceful spot. Apartment is good, hotel employees are great. The on site restaurant (Captain's Table) is fantastic. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Living room furniture, chairs and area around the kitchen counter area, and pots/pans/serving utensils need a deep clean. Overall, a good spot. Thanks!

We stayed for five nights end of March, seemed to be just before most touristy locations were opening for the season. We loved the condo, the space for our family of five, the happy hour menu at the restaurant downstairs, and the convenience of the hotel amenities and pool. Parking was very easy and the beach and boardwalk were right outside the hotel!
We spent visited the wild horses at Assateague island twice, it’s a must see.

The condo was spacious and pleasant. There was plenty of room for our family of four with teenaged children. It was great to have an ocean view from the balcony, and we were just a moment's walk from the boardwalk and the beach.
There were several things in need of maintenance, but nothing that was urgent (we sent an email to the management company when we left - our stay was short and nothing was essential to our use of the property.)
The property is about a half-hour walk from the pier and is well situated if you want fairly easy walking access to the shops and restaurants on the boardwalk but don't want to be in the thick of the action.
Our stay in Ocean City was off-season, so there was nothing much open on the main drag. We really enjoyed Papi's Mexican restaurant, which is about a block away from the Marriot - it was a friendly place with delicious food within walking distance.

This condo was perfect for me, my wife, and our 2 young kids. The living space was open, the kids bedroom with bunkbeds was great, with access to a full bath. Master bedroom was large, and the bathroom was amazing with large stand up shower and a jacuzzi tub. Ocean and Bay views on a large balcony. Hotel staff was very pleasant, and they had decorated for Christmas which was something we looked forward to, as we would have typically stayed at the Dunes Manor (but sadly they are closing and turning into a Hilton). Highly recommend, was a great off season sport for my family!

This spacious condo is perfect for a long weekend getaway to the beach. Located on the boardwalk for easy access to the beach, this location allows renters to come and go with ease. One highlight for kids in the indoor pool option. The in house restaurant is also easy to order from and has great food for all ages. We would absolutely consider renting this property again.

This place was flawless and gorgeous. Everything about it was 5/5. Balcony was huge with live music across the street you could sit and hear, comfortable beds, clean large bathrooms. Perfect spot if you want to be right on the beach and right by all of the hoppin bars! Parking lot was okay but the checkin process was also so easy. I want to stay here again!

The location of the property was perfect. We had a lovely time and would definitely go back. Downfall was we had to bring all of our wet laundry home because the dryer wouldn't dry our clothes so that was very inconvenient. Also, for the amount of people the room fits we only had 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Otherwise, we really did love our stay. Thank you
