About this house rental
Nestled in Folly Beach, this charming house for $1,198 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. Every home is designed to host vacation guests and we appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to inquire for more information. East Arctic Avenue 0711 - Architecturally designed to blend old and new for the comfort of a great beach home for family and friends to gather. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a granite counter top island which doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The custom dining room table has wonderful views of the ocean and seats 8. There are 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. You will be blown away by the views not only from the entire house but from 4 of the bedrooms (bunk room excluded). A large roof top deck plus several outdoor living areas provide great places to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. New heated saltwater pool to enjoy, which can be heated upon request. Boardwalk extends from the house to the beach sand. Main Floor Bedroom #1 - 1 King (coral room with private bathroom) Bedroom #2 - 1 Queen (blue room shares bathroom with bedroom #3) Bedroom #3 - 1 Double (2) Twin beds bunk style (green room shares bathroom with bedroom #2) Upper Floor Bedroom #4 - 1 King (aqua room with private bathroom) Bedroom #5 - 1 King (mint green room with private bathroom) ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options. I walked in to this home and was pleasantly surprised. I feel as if the pictures did no justice for the view. It was cozy and felt like an extension of our home. I appreciate the ability to enjoy my extended family under one roof.

I’ve stayed in many beach vacation rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and best. The home is beautiful and its access to the beach plus a pool were the best. The kids in the family especially loved the pool. The screened in porch was perfect for meals. I would definitely rent this home again.

The house is in a great spot. It's close enough to walk to the island's many restaurants and bars, but far enough to be away from the large public beaches to not feel swarmed. Our stay was quiet and very relaxing.
The house is nice. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and the pool is great! the bathroom situation was ideal for a larger group with multiple families, and the kitchen was well appointed.
The house does show some wear, as all rentals do over time. But we found nothing unacceptable for the price. The 2nd floor deck furniture could use a refresh and the living room furniture could use an upholstery cleaning, but again, no major issues for the price and we would gladly stay at the property again. The management company was also very responsive to our questions and requests, which I appreciated.
The kids LOVED the pool and easy access to the beach. We had a great week here and are looking forward to our next visit to the Charleston area!

This was a great house for extended family get together. Nine adults and a 3 year old child and we never felt crowded. The house is comfortable and a great location on the beach. The property owners responded quickly to resolve an issue with the linens in one bedroom and the heated pool. Our group loved the heated pool in December!

We held a memorial service for a family member at this home and it was perfect! The house itself is even better in person than in pictures. The views were incredible and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We were extremely pleased with this VRBO and would stay there again.

Our family truly enjoyed this house. We had 11 in our family, including children, and never once felt cramped. This house is spacious, well designed, and is loaded with amenities. Everyone loved having the pool when the waves were too rough for the children. The senior family members loved having the use of the elevator, a great bonus in a multi level property. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here with my parents, my brother and sister in law and my husband and five kids ages 2-14. We all LOVED it and would have easily stayed another week. The location is perfect the pool was awesome and we all had plenty of spaces in our rooms. We would definitely go back.

Perfect set up for grandparents and 2 adult couples and 5 kids. Everyone has plenty of their own bathroom access and comfy beds. The beach access was perfect. Tons of deck space with great views and kitchen was adequately appointed. The elevator was very helpful for moving in and out. The pool so *smaller* than it appears in the picture but was adequate. Though the listing does not state it, beware if you need the pool heated, there is an additional fee, so be sure to call and inquire

We enjoyed our time in Folly! 1/2 bath was being remodeled so we didn't have use of it. Outside is really nice, but needs a little TLC to be as nice as the inside.

Our entire family had a terrific time! We took our children and grandchildren for the week and it could not have been better. Even the storms added to our week. We have new family memories that will always be with us! Our grandson learned to crawl and got his first tooth...so very special.
Having the house right on the beach and the pool as well made the fun even better.

This house was absolutely perfect. It is so well stocked, and the beach front pool, the many porches, the elevator and the layout make it a truly first class house. Our boys were thrilled with the Wii in their room! We will be back!!

This house was fabulous for us as a family of 9 adults from 5/20 to 5/27. We have always gone to the Outer Banks but unanimously decided that we will return to this house when we decide on our future dates. Cindy Campbell was great to deal with when there was any issue. We had a fabulous vacation. My only hesitation to give a five star rating is the fear that someone else will take our week! Cindy, thank you for everything!

This was the perfect home for several family to stay at while in town for a family wedding. Views are amazing and the House has enough space that we didn’t feel crowded at all. The owner is very friendly and responsive with requests! We had a great time at this beach house and hope to come back and stay again in the future.

The homeowners were absolutely wonderful to work with as we planned to host our wedding at the house and some family members would stay during the week leading up to our event.
The home was very clean and well maintained! The beds were comfortable and the rooms all met the needs for space and privacy! The elevator was a blessing! The views are stunning, and the screened in porch and multiple decks give everyone a chance to enjoy the space and views without smothering eachother.
The space beneath the home was absolutely ideal for our wedding. Our 45 guests had plenty if room to dine and dance, and the decks were perfect for our ceremony. The slats on the sides of the reception space helped to block the windy day, and the space heaters the homeowners provided were wonderful! All we had to do was pick up some propane - and our guests were super comfortable!
We could not have asked for a more perfect home to spend our wedding week with our families!

What a wonderful house! Cindy and Alana were VERY accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries. We were renting right after Hurricane Irma hit and they kept us informed about the status of the house.
Comfortable beds with soft linens, stocked bathrooms with soap, hairdryers and thick bath towels. (not like some paper thin ones we have has at other houses)
Loved the salt water pool!!!
Planning on renting from them again in September, 2018.
