Blue Corner Cottage is an Historic one bedroom beach house, just 5 th house from the Beach. Step outside and you can see the Gulf of Mexico.Located at 28 Glendale St in the Clearwater Cottages District.. Families have enjoyed these Beach Cottages since 1925 . Laid back large families with children and pets will have a great beach vacation. Clearwater Cottages amenities include designer kitchens featuring, granite counter tops, Samsung Stainless Steel full size refrigerator, glass top stove, microwave, and all kitchen utensils. All living rooms and bedrooms have LC wall mounted TVs with DVD in most rooms. Shared Key West style back yard has wood party deck , Tin Roof Gazebo, 2 Weber BBQ grills, bicycles and Large shade trees and tropical plants. Guest love to gather in the fence yard after a day at the beach. Children make new friends and parents can watch children from the cottages. Like going to camp at the beach. Make a cup of coffee in the full size kitchen and just walk down the block and enjoy the morning surf. At night, take a cold drink out of your full size refrigerator, and take our coolers and beach chairs down to the beach to watch the sunset. The children can walk back and forth to the beach unsupervised as there are no streets to cross. The shared Key West Style backyard has Weber gas BBQ grills and and a covered Tin Roof Gazebo, wood deck with chairs and tables with large Tropical plants and trees, a favorite spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, a cold beer from the outside refrigerator and great for private parties at night. This small house is perfect for romantic couple, family with 3 small children, or 3 adults. Corner Cottage is a stand alone small house , 130 steps from the beach. Remodel in 2018. Pets are welcome add Club fee for pet one, add property fee for pet two. We do not suggest guests with allergies book a pet friendly property. We love pets and most of our nearby restaurants allow pets and the beach is pet friendly just 3 blocks north of Clearwater Cottages district As of 2023 our insurance no longer covers hotel bike rentals. However you can always walk to clear water paddle board rentals where they do have bicycle rentals thank you

Perfect location to the beach! Just a few steps away. Easy walk to great restaurants. Capt Al and Dominic were extremely helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. The Shipwreck bar across the street had a few rowdy patrons but overall was ok and not every night.

We were early and captain al was.kind enough to come over and let us in early.the only and i mean only thing that i would change is the comfort of the beds. Our backs were hurting after sleeping. But great guy...perfectly located.

It is ideal for 2 people. Cute cottage steps from the beach. We liked the shared recreation area and the beach chairs cart and umbrella that we borrowed for the day. Relaxing vibe. Private property sign might be good so beach goers don’t mistake it for a cute shop. Yes that happened while we were there. Overall location was awesome and host was patient and warm.

Doesn’t get much better than this! Your very own mini house 30 second walk to the sand!!! Captain & Valerie were very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Great family getaway

Buyer beware! Property details and amenities received were most definitely not as described in the ad. Confirm details before booking. Spent a decent amount on an attic space we couldn’t stand up fully due to slanted ceilings. No kitchen just microwave and mini fridge. Shower in the middle of the whole space! If I hadn’t planned for only one night I would have been EXTREMELY disappointed. Ask if you are renting “Pineapple Loft” if so don’t do it unless you like teeny tiny! Place was clean but nothing like as described!!

The original cottage was unavailable do to sewer pipe problem. Captain Al had another, bigger property available , which we took. It was very nice and glad it was open on short notice.

Best decision I ever made for a trip with my daughter and doggie. Beach is so close and so are restaurants and stores. Capt. Al is amazing!!!!!

The corner cottage was a nice quiet place to get away for a few days and enjoy the Florida sun.

The place was so run down and nasty. Kitchen sink had bucket under it for water drip, toaster was rusted and covered in grease, silverware in the drawers had grease and food on them, coffee pot was molded, pot itself looked like it was never washed, bathtub felt like it was gonna fall in when you stood in it, bathroom shower could be seen from the window on the front porch. Worst vacation home ever!! We only stayed here because I couldn’t afford to rent another place and this was the first time my grandson had been to the ocean. It was so bad, he wanted to leave the trip early. Pictures of all these cottages must be from 20 years ago, NOTHING looks like it does in the pictures. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH WHAT THEY CHARGE PER NIGHT. This place is a cheap $60 a night place and that is a lot for how nasty it was. We found old water bottles behind the nightstand, many extension cords plugged into other extension cords, complete fire hazard. I have pictures that I took of everything I wrote about here. Awful place to stay.

Charming and historic beach cottage. We loved that the cottage was so close to the beach. We walked everywhere with bars and restaurants nearby. Captain AL was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. He had beach chairs, beach towels water toys and anything you may need for the day at beach . Would stay here again!

The cottage is prefect location for walking to the beach, the bed and sleep sofas very comfortable. We cooked in everyday and never used grill but we could smell others cooking, in walking distance for ice cream and shopping, went on the pirate boat ride down at the harbor, well worth every dime. Besides the beach, it is a good place to vacation in a cottage on the beach

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and the location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and with in easy walking distance to many good restaurants and entertainment spots. The cabin was great and worked good for our family. Ginger, the housekeeper and rental handy women was incredibly friendly, harding working, and great with our two young kids! The only thing I could have asked for was a bigger frying pan and a spatula in the kitchen but am sure that Ginger would have gladly gotten those for us had we asked! Would stay here again!

Great location! VERY short walk to beach and many great restaurants and bars. The cottages are not new but make for an easy and comfortable spot to enjoy Clearwater beach. No fuss, no hassle, exactly what we were looking for. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great accommodation for family and pets. We had a much needed vacation and had a great time. House was clean, neat and just a few steps away from the beach. Captain Al and his crew were quick to solve any issues.. Clearwater is a beautiful town. Will definitely be back!

Capt Al was great in responding to a check in issue (the new AC blew a fuse and wouldn’t reset at 10:30 the night we arrived) He was right there, working to fix and when it wouldn’t he opened another cottage (larger and nicer) for our stay.
The ambiance is Key West funky and fun! And less than a block to the beach down a quiet road.
Really enjoyed our stay.

had everything there u needed for cooking,even thou i chose not to cook.beds were comfortable.very beachy inside,not fancy like we like,people friendly,and the house keeper was awesome,even did my laundry,while i lounged at the beach,very close to the strip,so we could walk to all the resturants wewanted to eat at.thanks for a lovely time.not sure we will make it back as we r a older couple and the long drive was a little to much for us.but u never no.thanks again.

Great little place. Small but cozy and has everything you need for 4 people or less. The water can be seen from the front door, and with about a 5 minute walk you’re at the water. The staff were great and always willing to make sure you have what you need. Anything you need for your day at the beach is available; coolers, umbrellas, toys, chairs, etc….would definitely stay again!

No what I was told it was like on phone with property manager. Lots of false hopes. Had them clean place as I was there. Found 2 roaches and several termites. Beach umbrellas and chairs broken. Not well kept. I have stayed in cabins that were nicer. I would never trust them again. Window air conditioning taped in windows. Bad work to try to keep it up. Kitchen and bathroom sink plugged up. Just plain dirty,

The manager and cleaning staff were very responsive and fun. A great place to stay close to the action. As advertised. If you want fancy, go somewhere else. If you want very accommodating and close to the action, stay here. They were really nice to our 10 year old. Thanks Al and crew.

Location couldn’t be better! Kitchen was well-equipped and there was perfect amount of space for three of us in this cozy little home. One private, free parking space was a bonus — parking on the beach can be challenging and cost you $. Very clean and a great beach feel! We all agreed we would stay here again. Well done Captain Al! And thank you!
