A spacious remodeled direct ocean front efficiency with kitchen (sleeps three) and new washer and dryer is available for the summer rent. 3 nights minimum.Cleaning fee is $150 (including Coronavirus fee), security fee $100.
Condo is located on the 12th Floor of the Golden Sands Condominium.Three swimming Pools (Internal, External and Kiddy), Gym, Sauna, Cabana, Large Deck, Internet, Volleyball court, Tennis court are available.Ping Pong, Rooms for kids, Shops on Deck and more. . Sunbathing is great. Comcast cable, Amazon and Netflix video on a new TV adds to entertainment choices. Registration fee to Golden Sands this year is $75 paid at the check-in desk

Perfect place to enjoy the ocean. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. You can’t beat the Location.

There was a few minor issues. There was a few minor things that were not kept up with. I know I stayed in this place before I think you got a new mattress from the last time I was there . but I honestly think it was a little overpriced. I had friends that stayed in other places for the same amount of time and a bigger place and cost less money for them but overall, I was satisfied with the location.
