Situated in Coolbaugh Township, this lovely house for $193 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *New furniture, TVs, kitchenware, beds, Serta and memory foam mattresses! *Kitchen bar with four stools, dining room table with 8 seats, ping pong and dart board table in our new sunroom. *Golf cart ($150 fee) with kayaks. One block from lake for kayaking and fishing. *TVs in every bedroom—Youtube TV, HBO Max, Prime, Showtime, Paramount+, Hulu, & all TV channels, *Board games Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Jenga, Sorry, Stratego, Poker set, Life, Clue, Checker/Chess, Taboo, Pictionary, Connect 4, Battleship, Family Feud and Throw Throw Burrito, a Street Fighter Arcade game, and Asteroids! *High speed wifi up to 700mbps. *Washer and dryer. *Stone firepit and gas grill. The space This lovely home features a gas-burning fireplace in the living room with several comfortable couches for relaxing. The kitchen has a toaster oven, coffee maker, bean grinder, microwave, blender, baking sheets, Tupperware, oven, stove and enough dishes for 10. Our master bedroom 1st floor has a brand new white cedar, Amish-made log bed frame for its king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and adjacent bathroom. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms plus an additional loft. The 1st upstairs bedroom has 2 bunk beds for 4 children plus a queen-size bed for an awesome kids' room. The 2nd upstairs bedroom is the 2nd great couples room with a queen-size bed and double-padded Serta mattress. The loft has a queen-size bed. Gas grill for cooking and a stone-sided fire pit where you can have conversations at night outside makes this home an outdoor-indoor find. Insulated patio with a ping pong table and outdoor picnic bench with lots of seating provides the quintessential, fun mountain experience. We have a brand new beautiful outdoor deck. You get all the bells and whistles for an entertaining stay here. Guest access Guests have access to Lake Beach, grills, Volleyball court, basketball courts and tennis courts. We have a golf cart additional to get around and up to three people in kayaks. It is a gas golf cart. If gas is needed, please take the red container and fill it with 89 octane at a local gas station. Also, there is an electric tire pump if the tires need a little air. There is even a small Ski slope in Locust Lake Village for beginner practice! In addition, there is a lodge in the village with a lounge and business center. For instructions to get the key to the house, please contact me. It is close to Camelbeach water park, Ski Slope, Jack Frost 18 Hole Golf Course, Kalahari, Mount Airy Casino, and Pocono white water rafting. Other things to note In addition, Locust Lake Village charges a $5 per vehicle registration fee to help us maintain the private roads in our community. All cars that will be in Locust Lake Village must be registered. If you're renting a car, no worries! Just write in "rental car TBD" for the vehicle information and you will supply the information when you arrive and check-in at the community. You can pay the fee with a credit card when you fill out the online registration form. THIS WILL NEED TO BE FILLED OUT 48 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN OR YOU COULD INCUR A $50 FINE OR RESERVATION COULD BE CANCELED. Where it says ‘please list all individuals residing at the house,’ please list only the names of those guests 12 and older who will be staying. (Kids under 12 do not require amenities wristbands) Thanks for understanding!

House was clean upon arrival. Beds are quite comfortable and showers were strong and hot. We got a heads up about 1 wonky light switch - but there were a lot of things like that - porch door that won't close, toaster that doesn't toast, pasta pot with 1 handle, etc. Photos make it seem much more spacious- especially the yard, which is basically a picnic table and fire ring on top of a septic tank mound. Boat launch and dog beach was very close; people beach was further - golf cart was a hit. This is a very big community, and we were there on a holiday weekend, so beach was very crowded. Lots of organized family activities available -if that's your thing. Not ideal if you're looking for quiet or seclusion. Also very strict about guests wearing wristbands and security checking them and additional fees and bands for fishing - it's a bit much.

Loved the property and the community. Only con is the dishwasher doesn’t clean at all. I ended up having wash just about everything by hand before and after I used it. That is no bueno when vacationing with kids. The owner was great, very responsive.

We had a relaxing weekend bachelor party. With 6 people, we never felt limited on space for activities. The house was overall very clean with just a few small repairs needed (nothing that got in the way). The arcade machines were a fun touch, keeping us from getting board between activities. The highlight was definitely the host. Justin always got back to our questions within 2 minutes, and was very cooperative. He was clear about rules and boundaries while being very open to letting us do what we wanted.

We had a great time! We were two sets of parents with 5 boys ages 2-7 between us and everyone had a blast! More than enough space for all and the nearby lakes/beaches were easily accessible. Golf cart is a must. Justin was super helpful and responsive although we didn’t need a single thing once we were oriented to the community set up.

House was immaculate- very spacious. plenty of room for me, my four kids- my twin and her three kids and our dogs. Lake within walking distance- golf cart and kayaks were awesome! Ping pong 🏓 tournaments ! House very clean! Good job Karen!! Justin was great with questions and response time. We will be returning to this house again! Thank you Justin!

My family and I love Justin’s property! It was tidy, clean and had all we needed to make our stay feel right at home. The arcade games were a hit with the children. As well as, the beautiful deer in the backyard. It was close to all the water parks which worked out well. Justin was very responsive from the start.

Justin was great to work with. He answered all our questions and took care of everything. His home is comfy and cozy, rustic and peaceful. A block away from the lake, had everything we needed. Clean and roomy... and deer roamed the back yard every morning and afternoon. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great time with friends and family over thanksgiving weekend. House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and exactly as described. Kids loved the ping pong porch. Fire pit was great for the cool weather. Quiet surroundings in the mountains. You can tell everything is taken care of. We’d definitely like to come back.

Kudos first to Justin, the owner, who allowed us to change our reservation from February to March due to a death in our family. He was very accommodating and understanding. We reserved this house for my husband’s birthday over a three-day weekend in March. We found the house to be very cozy, yet large enough and spacious for the 6 of us. Very nicely decorated with all the beds amazingly comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything that we mostly needed. Were impressed with the amount of kitchenware, utensils and dishes, spices. Big refrigerator, with your choice of ice cube trays or a countertop ice machine that produced ice cubes quite frequently. All the rooms had linens. There was plenty of bath towels but could have used more wash clothes. All beds had sheets. Great loft area to look down on the living room and fireplace. Being that the temperatures got down in the single digits at night, we all stayed warm with heat registers in each bedroom and the fireplace kept the whole house warm. The fireplace was easy to work, just flicked a switch and it turned on. Overly impressed with how all the switches were labeled so we knew exactly what switch went with what light, fan, etc. Had instructions left for us on how to operate the TVs in every room, the fireplace and where to take the trash when we checked out. Loved all the games that were available. Several classic old video game machines that both my sons and grandson enjoyed playing and plenty of board games. The fireplace was very warm and enticing and was a perfect spot for us all to sit down and visit. The dining room table was also huge where all of us had plenty of room to eat. We even played a few games of ping pong out on the back porch. This house is in a very beautiful, wooded community. There is a park with tennis courts, lake, playground equipment within walking distance, which we could not use in the winter, but would be great for the summer. We received several surprises that we were not expecting. We got 6 inches of snow with blizzard like conditions. We found a sledding hill within a half a mile up the road within the Locust Lake Village Community area. Thank you to Justin for leaving a snow shovel and ice pellets on the front porch for us. We also saw out the back door, a herd of deer (10-12) on two days, as they were making their way through the neighborhood looking for food. We would reserve this house again in summer or winter.

My family so much enjoyed our stay here. SO much to do both inside & out, even in September. More than enough space for the whole family, with my kids homeschooling & my husband & I working from home. The host was very responsive, attentive & fixed any issues immediately. We had a blast. We're back home and miss it already. Highly recommend!

We decided to book this property because it had kayaks and a golf cart. As three women who are not very strong we decided that this would be the best for us. But the golf cart wouldn’t move and we could not kayak on the lake. This was very disappointing for us. Additionally the trash people turned us away when we went to follow the directions on how to drop the trash off. The house was beautiful but the backyard fire pit that is listed is with in a fallen tree and the seats are soaked and dirty. Inside the home is great.

I rented this place with a group of friends for a week, and if you’re looking for a quiet place to chill out while still having plenty to do, this is the perfect spot for it. Would definitely visit again.

This place is simply amazing. Cozy yet spacious enough to rid the family of the COVID cooped up feeling we all had. The house was perfect and peaceful. All the amenities of the house kept us busy and entertained. We really had a bonding family experience and would return every time we went to the Poconos. We had a great time staying at this property! We went over Thanksgiving. We were fortunate to have mild weather and were able to take advantage of beautiful nearby hikes!! (all within 20 min) The chalet itself was immaculate! (Cleanliness is a top priority for me and I was very pleased!) We enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit at night. The indoor propane fire kept us cozy on chilly mornings and evenings. Kids loved taking rides on the golf cart around the community and checking out the playgrounds. I would imagine the lakes are great fun during the warmer months. Justin was great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time! Great location in a safe community, close proximity to nearby trails and hikes, and we loved using the firepit at night. Owners were very responsive and answered any and all questions before (and during) our trip. Thanks again for everything, would definitely recommend!
