Boat ramp on property, no need to pay extra to put your boat in the water. You can dock it on our 40 foot boat dock. We have 3 bedrooms 3 king size beds, 1 full size bed, 2 bath. Forth bedroom available upon request with a king size bed for additional fee. A very quiet community. Convenience store, and restaurant 1 block away, Beach 5 miles away, Long key park 1 mile away. We are happy we got to spend ojr winter here. This house is great! The owner is great to wrok with. She is really a nice person and easy to deal with. We are hoping to do it again next winter. The kids love the schools down here too.
