About this house rental
Tucked away inside a big red barn is a cozy little 1 bedroom, 1 office apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. Our barn is located on an old 26 acre tobacco farm. Our guests can take a short walk to the beaver pond or just wander through the woodlands and working fields. Not much has changed here since the good old days, except the old tobacco barn is now an updated modern 900 square foot apartment nestled in a big red barn. It’s an amazing getaway experience where you can relax and unwind. It has a great open floor plan with a modern kitchen and open concept bathroom! Very pet friendly! If you are looking for a quiet, private, and stylish getaway far from "connectivity" then look no further. Come stay here!
Please note: There is no wifi (unless you bring your own hotspot) and tv is antenna only. There is also a $75 non-refundable pet fee charged if you decide to bring your fur friend. Additional fees for approved gatherings in the machine shed.

Beautiful property and an ideal location. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our granddaughter and great-granddaughter. (they lived about 10 minutes away. We were able to enjoy nature while being close to them. We even saw about a dozen wild turkeys on the last morning at the farmhouse. Any necessary communications with Julie were promptly answered to our satisfaction. Comment- there should be an accessible location to dispose of trash.

The place was very nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. They had all of the amenities to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It seemed that anything we had forgotten, they had available in their well equipped home. I really wish we had more time to spend there. The nights were especially great as the quiet and darkness allowed us to enjoy the natural beauty of the place. They had TVs and other modern distractions, but I would recommend none of these, as the natural amenities of the place should be savored instead of the modern distractions. Truly a place to recharge and restore.
