Newly renovated beach cottage with deck and outdoor shower. Our cottage has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The front porch is enclosed with a trundle bed that sleeps an extra 2...The kids will love it!!! 1/4 mile walk to the private beach. Great neigborhood and nice neighbors. Place has a listing that says there is a pool, but there is no pool. Private beach is small but nice. Water is clean at high tide, but has weird brown stuff at low tide nobody seems to underdstand. You get no info on CBIA events advertised if you dont live there and rent even if they are posted publicly but are not happening. The "cottage" has no laundry, which matters if you rent for a week. It has a tv but the tv is useless unless you have a Netfix account of your own....no actual TV or cable sevice...stream options that are limited and require you to cover them...not mentioned in property description. The place is clean, has good AC, great location, nice neighbors, good nearby food options, pet friendly, finer indoor and outdoor showers, generous bedding and towel supplies, and Joe L. and his family that run the Chalker Beach General Store are an absolute gift...very nice people and worth meeting.

The house was quaint and clean. It met our needs. Beach is a 5 min walk or you can drive and park across the beach. Beach was nice and sandy - not rocky. Would rent again.

The house was very clean and cute. It is small, but that worked well for my family. Nice backyard area right by a neighborhood basketball court. Beach was a nice walk to get to and we loved the Chalker Beach store!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described, super clean and the park located directly off the deck was a hit with our younger kids! will definitely be back!

We had a 7 year old and a 13 year old so the community center behind the cottage was heaven for them! The older boy played basketball with some other kids, and the 7 year old had a ball on the jungle gym equipment. No whining about nothing to do when we were not at the beach. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the marsh…very peaceful!

A quiet lovely cottage -peaceful property itself, comfortable and pretty, deck with view of the marsh with an active osprey nest- quiet friendly neighborhood with short walk to a private beautifully maintained beach. Host has thought of everything to make the stay delightful. We hope to return again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful cottage. It was unique and well outfitted. Even though it was not that large it felt spacious to us. It was very clean. We enjoyed the neighborhood too. The location was perfect with the ocean so close.

Cool building, the private beach is a bit small. The neighborhood is nice and it is somewhat walkable. Recommend the tea kettle for breakfast.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay! The cottage was cute and comfortable. A short walk to the beach, a lovely neighborhood and a gem of a beach store down the street. Will definitely be on our list for a return trip!

My sister, puppy and I had a lovely stay here. James was very communicative and the listing was accurate. The beach was close by and dog friendly which was great for my puppy to explore the beach for the first time at his leisure! Would stay again!
