Located in Lake Worth, this charming house for $190 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sparkling, well appointed home away from home. Split bedrooms with Master privacy gives comfort and relaxation for everyone. Natural light, open chef's kitchen and space enough to dance as you fall in love with Lake Worth Beach. A public golf course with a great restaurant is walking distance and the beach is 2 minutes east. Lake Worth Beach town is full of an array of restaurants, nightly music from local talent, interesting stores, galleries and even a theatre. Across the bridge you will find Benny's On The Beach sitting on the board walk overlooking a wonderful expansive sandy beach. See Guest manual for tips and suggestions. The house and neighbor are very nice and quiet. However, I wish description was correct.
Listing says Hot Tub, that is incorrect. There is no hot tub. I found this out after booking, really wasnt a problem, but it would have been nice to have.
Also, description of beds is slightly inaccurate. Says 2 queens and full/twin bunk. Actually its, 1 kind, 1 queen and full/twin bunk. That might make a difference for some folks.
Lastly, thick folder of information needs to be updated (Wi-Fi changed...maybe put contact for info), garbage pickup was not correct, did not read additional info. Restaurant menus were very helpful!
Overall, I would say this is a great little house with many amenities! Just make sure you check with them before booking, and during your stay.

The high rated reviews from previous customers are for good reason. This is an excellent property. A lovely, well maintained and appointed cottage in an "old Florida" residential neighborhood. A very quiet neighborhood.
You'll need transportation to get to things. We stayed for 17 days, having ended a cruise in Ft Lauderdale days before Christmas and remained to visit friends and relatives over the holidays. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath worked well with the few in-n-out guests we had during that period.
The kitchen was well equipped for limited cooking; however, we ate in most meals and would have liked additional kitchen items, such as more food storage containers, mixing bowls, a coffee scoop, funnel, etc. Some of these items may have been there and we did not find them. Like the potato peeler, found on the last day we were there. And we understand that prior renters put items away in places that the owners did not intend. Yet the lack of these items did not affect our stay, we improvised and made due.
The backyard is very pleasant and perfect for enjoying morning coffee and waiting for food on the grill.
Our host Deborah was very communicative, responsive and thoughtful. She decorated the house for Christmas to include a Christmas tree which we very much enjoyed.
We would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The house is clean and lovely! The washer/dryer a god send. The backyard is sweet! The kitchen is well equipped- it is not walking distance to much- but I think it works great. There was no spa- hot tub ….

Booked for baseball in West Palm. The location was an easy drive to the park, beaches, restaurants, groceries- everything. The guidebook was top notch!
The house was well equipped for our family of 4 (we didn’t actually do any true cooking but the kitchen appeared more than adequate).
We would definitely stay again.

We loved this property! It was a perfect place to stay while dropping our daughter off at PBA. The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home during our stay. We LOVED staying in Deborah's house in Lake Worth, Florida. It's just the cutest little cottage style home. She had everything nice & clean for us. She even had a couple of snack bags of cheetos for us (which saved my stomach while we were waiting to get food when we first arrived...Thank you, Deborah!) The outdoor shower is so handy, when you come back from the beach all sandy. We just went in through the side gate, so we didn't travel sand throughout the house. The Lake Worth beach is a nice beach about 7 minutes away. We also went to Peanut Island (great snorkeling experience) which was about 15 minutes away. We really enjoyed the outdoor space at the house. The front & back yards are just full of beautiful plants...great for photo shoots! We cooked out one night & enjoyed all the landscape & nice back porch. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. We made a trip to Publix Supermarket to stock the fridge & pantry while we there. The house is a perfect location. We highly recommend staying! Deborah has a Info binder full of anything you need to know about the house or the area, and she's easy to get in contact with if you have any other questions.

The neighborhood was family friendly and spacious. Everything that was needed was supplied. The house was immaculate and the backyard was a tropical oasis. I loved that the towels were thick and white (so no stains could be hidden) . I would definitely stay again and recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Deborah’s Eden Place home was absolutely wonderful. It was sparking clean, well located, and well appointed. There were a couple of small kitchen items that were missing, but that had no impact on our stay. The house was well cared for - automatic sprinklers to water the vegetation and an alarm system. An exterminator came while we were there, although there was no evidence of any insects. I would highly recommend this property.

The location is amazing, the layout is perfect for a family or small group, it is absolutely spotless and the kitchen is very functional and well supplied. I feel like there aren't enough text characters to convey how lovely this property and our stay was. Me, my husband, and 2 children came to Lake Worth for Christmas this year. My parents have retired and Florida is where they landed!
Upon walking into the home, it was decorated like a christmas wonderland. A beautiful tree and all the little touches of home. It seriously felt like I was walking into a place I knew. Deb had asked if it was ok to set up and I'm so glad she did!!
The kitchen is great for conversation and cooking, the dining room was able to fit all of us for our Christmas meal, and everyone had a comfy bed. Not to mention I didn't have to share a bathroom with my kids which is always a treat. All the rooms were neat, clean, and tastefully decorated.
The backyard is fenced in, so it was nice for the kids to come and go as they pleased without worry. There is also a wonderful little laundry room where I was able to get some things washed before we left.
The location is amazing as well! Such a quiet little neighborhood yet Not far from the beach and all sorts of fun eateries and shopping.

Where do I begin? My daughter lives in nearby West Palm Beach, and so my other daughter, niece, and I booked Deborah's house for a week this past July. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but both of my girls said multiple times that this was the nicest, most perfect one ever. It was super clean, spacious, and convenient to the beach and other nearby towns. We are already looking for another date to come stay at Deborah's place. :)

Deborah has gone the extra mile to provide very pleasant accommodations for the guests. The backyard is also very peaceful. The location was perfect, close to the beach, and very easy to get to the Palm Beach Convention Center and downtown.

This property is in a great location and if your goal is to see the great beaches then you should try this property. The neighborhood is quite and serene. Deborah is a great host and has stocked everything in the house which anyone could think of they would need for the visit. She is super responsive and check-in check-out was a breeze. Property is clean and perfectly maintained. I would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone planning a visit to Miami area.

We rented this home for the Easter Holiday and it was perfect! Great location, nicely decorated, clean and has a well equipped kitchen which is much appreciated! We will be renting again in the future!

We are 3 mature adults who rented this home for Feb 2022. As stated in previous reviews, it was perfectly located near beaches and restaurants; house and yard were lovely and the hosts were responsive. The house looked clean on the surface but we soon found out differently. It was loaded with roaches. We are well aware that roaches are common in south Fla. Roaches coming out of the toaster, however are unacceptable. There were roaches on the counters, walls, drawers and tables from the day we arrived until the day we left one month later.
We had to clean out the cabinets and drawers and throw out lots of open food (sugar, rice, cereal, etc) left by previous
tenants. After 3 weeks of reporting the roach problem to our host, she finally had her exterminator come INSIDE to spray and set bait traps in every room. We're hoping that due to our persistence, the next renters will have a more pleasurable experience.

We loved staying at your home, it was perfect for us. My sister and I had some family business to attend to and my daughter came along for the ride to get out of the Michigan cold! She was able to do her college meetings/classes online easily with a gorgeous view of the yard :). Thank you!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for four weeks during the holidays and loved every minute of it! Deborah was a superb host and the home was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the future. Lake Worth is a great little town and the food at places like Aioli and Lilo's will be in my dreams until I return!

This was by far...the very best home my family and I had the privilege to stay in! It was beyond clean....host was fantastic. Deborah went above and Beyond to accommodate us. You really made us feel like her home was our home. You won't be disappointed when booking this home.The neighborhood is very quiet and very friendly and she's close to anything you might need. I really enjoyed my stay I can't say one negative thing about our experience there.

The house showed just as listed. The location is outstanding. Once you use the outdoor shower, you will never want to shower inside again. A great home away from home to host Thanksgiving dinner! Deborah was a great host.
