Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Even better then on the photos. Very good location next to the beach with a lot of restaurants and bars. So friendly and helpful owner Patricia was always available on the phone. I will recommend this appartment !!!

Si bien el piso no está mal ubicado y se encuentra totalmente reformado, la limpieza es limitada, así como el mantenimiento. Hemos tenido que pasar toda nuestra estancia con la tapa del wc rota y aguantando desagradables olores. La propiedad únicamente provocó molestias durante toda la estancia para intentar llevar a cabo una reparación que nunca se realizó. Respecto a la pobre limpieza: sabanas y colchas mojadas en la cama, alfombras de dormitorio sucisimas, cabecero arrancado, cortinas caídas, todo lleno de pelos, cubo basura con resto, frigorífico con restos de otros inquilinos,....... A pesar de todo lo anterior, destacamos el mal trato y poco compromiso de la agencia que conocedora de la situación, no vela por el bienestar de los huéspedes, alegando en todo momento que son intermediarios, que la responsabilidad es la propiedad. Hemos solicitado el abono en concepto de limpieza y nos han indicado que nos abonan el 50% siempre y cuando firmemos un acuerdo de renuncia para no publicar nuestra experiencia, opinión e imágenes. Limpieza, mantenimiento y servicio al cliente. Directamente no lo recomendamos.
