Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $1,005 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Surrounded by swaying palm trees, this seven-bedroom island estate offers 4800 square feet of living space, a private pool, sun-filled living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, shady private balconies, and expansive outdoor entertainment spaces. The first thing you’ll notice once you’re inside is the bright and open living room. This sunny room has soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, a custom-built entertainment center, and a sleek flat-screen TV. The gorgeous kitchen area will quickly become your family’s favorite hangout spot. The chefs of the family will appreciate the modern appliances, expansive center island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and the sleek granite countertops and modern backsplash. The breakfast bar is the perfect place to enjoy a quick breakfast before a day exploring the island, and the eight high top seats make it a comfortable place to sit and get some work done. There is a second living room upstairs. This luxurious upstairs lounge has a flat-screen TV, oversized armchairs and loveseats, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony. With seven private and luxurious bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The bed configuration is as follows: 1 King, 4 Queens, and 4 twins. The master suite is on the first floor and has a wall of windows overlooking the pool area. This room has hardwood floors and a bold four-post King size bed. The master bathroom has a detailed garden tub as the focal point. It has an impressive walk-in shower, double vanities, and soft lighting. The second bedroom is downstairs and features two twin-size beds and also has private access to the pool. The third bedroom is upstairs and has a high-end Queen size bed. Slide open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the private balcony overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom also has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and two sinks. Bedroom five is upstairs and has a Queen bed. The sixth bedroom is upstairs and has two twin beds and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. The 7th bedroom is upstairs and offers sweeping views of the water and has a Queen size bed, hardwood floors and an elegant vanity area. With five gorgeous bathrooms spread out throughout the home, guests can relax their tired muscles in soaking tubs or rinse off the sand in a glass-enclosed shower. There is also a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and plenty of room to fold and sort your clothes. The outdoor entertainment areas, shady patio spaces, sunny rooftop decks, and the sparkling private pool overlook the calm channel behind the home. Slide open the sliding glass door from the living room or kitchen and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Step out onto the stone patio and find a seat on the brightly colored lounge furniture in the shade or jump right into the pool. Pull a reclining sun lounger out around the pool and soak up the sun, or step into the shady outdoor kitchen and fire up the grill. The bubbling hot tub is a great place to relax your muscles after a day of shopping, and the way the water spills into the main pool adds a sense of peace and tranquility to the space. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Rose Ct 801 was a perfect house for our family. The layout was great. There are 15 of us. 11 stayed at Rose Ct and 4 stayed at another house. There were 12 adults and 3 kids. It is very well situated, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The only complaint was the kitchen supplies. The pots and pans were very old, bowls were chipped and limited. It was a challenge cooking there. The pool, hot tub and deck were great !I highly recommend this house for a large family.

I was disappointed that access to the garage was blocked That means no beach chairs, no bicycles no pool toys etc. I did find a number of cockroaches both dead and alive in the house, A couple of them were found in the kitchen cabinets with the plates and glasses. The ceiling fan in the living room blew a fuse, that same fuse controlled the internet, the television and the cable television for the entire house. I called Island Escapes a numerous times but no one came out to open theGarage where the fuse panel is located.

Reviewer Comments: Island escape is prompt to solve little issues we liked the location and well groomed ground the clean house and pool.Rented two season very happy. But getting pricey both flights and rental increases So will look around for next year instead of Florida.

First of all, the space and bedrooms were wonderful for our group, so that was not the problem. The house just lacked amenities and seemed a little 'worn'. The description included pictures of a boat lift/storage but a few days prior to arriving we were told we could not use it. We were not provided ANY language stating it was not part of the rental, as the photos suggested. The owners lock the garage, so if you have bikes, beach chairs etc you have nowhere to store them but in the way. The patios and deck either have NO outside furniture on them or just 2 chairs, so there was really no where for our large group to sit together. How can you have a patio or deck with minimal furniture but promote the home is for large groups? The home provides NO beach chairs, only a cheap form cooler and not many beach towels, so this was not as expected for the rental cost. Also, there was only ONE float for the pool and you can not control the pool temp, so the pool was cold. The sheets are very cheap fabric and the mattress pads are stained on some beds, which was disgusting. One of the beds downstairs had a broken leg which they 'tried' to fix using wood blocks, which did not work. We had to find books to prop the bed up. The internet went out the day before we left, which was a pain. BUT, most importantly the home is located in VERY close proximity to the Marco Island Water Sanitation plant, which basically means the area smelled like sewage the majority of the time. We had to keep the back doors closed to stop the smell from penetrating the home. We still had a decent week with going to the beach, out for dinner and boating, but the house was SUCH a disappointment for the money it cost. I would not stay there again and I certainly hope the owners put more thought into what a 'luxury' rental really is and be honest about what renters can and cannot access. In addition, we had to greet the pest control service to set out traps and multiple packages were delivered for us to accept and store in the entry way ;(

However, one side of the 4 slice toaster didn't work, the toilet in the master bath moves when you sit on it, the baseboards were dirty, the beach chairs are in need of being replaced (rusty and torn seats) and it really needs a thorough cleaning. The pool and hot tub were used every day and we were able to have a great family vacation, but the house needs some attention.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for multiple parties. Nice big kitchen, grill area, and of course the dock. Would definitely recommend this for anyone coming with multiple families. Plenty of amenities like the pool & hot tub as well as comfortable areas to relax and watch TV on the huge screens.
