This was a lovely place to land while at the beach. It was well-equipped in several ways. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen with plenty of good pots, bowls, dishes, etc. There were a variety of bikes in the garage. There was even a bag of sand toys for the kids! The space was perfect for being there with 4 little kids. Plenty of bedroom space upstairs and an open kitchen/living/dining on the main floor. The location is fabulous. Access to the beach is easy and close. The main beach and town with ice cream cones for the kids a quick ride, or bike ride, or walk. I highly recommend this place for a visit to Pac City.

Overall, the location of the property and the access to it it's great. Good layout of the place with easy access. The reason I am giving it three stars vs five is because the place was not clean as expected. Spider webs in the bedrooms, dust around the windows and kitchen area, handprints on the dining table, dishes with dried food from previous renters and the couch really, really needs a cleaning. With three kids in the house, I would have expected a higher level of cleanness. Also - because it has carpet and is dog friendly it did have a dump smell, particularly the lower area. I think changing the carpet, a good clean of the place and clean the couch would make this a stellar place at a good price. Thank you.
