This 10 bedroom, multi-family home has everything you will ever need! From gourmet kitchens, and shady screened-in outdoor spaces, this island retreat is the vacation home you’ve been dreaming about. Directly adjacent to the Tigertail Beach entrance this grand estate will change the way you vacation. The main living room an L-shaped sofa, leather armchairs, and a glass-top coffee table, in front of a flat-screen TV. This living space faces a wall of sliding glass doors that leads out to a balcony. This room flows right into the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen is a secondary living room with more room to relax. Guests can sit back on the leather L-shaped sofa and binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. A high-top breakfast bar with seating for five separates this living room from the kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to store groceries and cook homemade meals. The kitchen flows directly into a sunny breakfast nook surrounded by windows. Six guests can sit at the wooden breakfast table and enjoy a meal while overlooking the balcony.There is a full kitchen on each floor, providing plenty of space, storage, and kitchen appliances for everyone. Bedroom one has a King size four post bed, soft carpeting, bold accent pieces, and dedicated office space. Bedroom two features beach themed décor, subtle pink accents, a Queen bed, and private balcony access. Bedroom three has tiled floors, a King size bed, vanity area, and a sliding glass door with private access to the balcony. Bedroom four features bold red and gray accents, a soft area rug, King sized bed, and a wooden crib that is perfect for the family’s youngest travelers. This room also has sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom five is a calming combo of blues and whites, has a King size bed and private balcony access overlooking the pool. Bedroom six has a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, soft blue and white accent pieces, and a private bathroom. Open up the french-doors and step out onto the balcony that overlooks the front yard. Bedroom seven is mostly white and has a King size bed, vintage-inspired dresser, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom eight has a King size bed, island-themed décor, a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom nine has a King size bed with a sleek dresser, two-nightstands, a TV, and private access to the front balcony. Bedroom ten features a four-post King size bed, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool-side balcony. With nine and a half bathrooms, everyone has their own space. All bathrooms have walk-in shows enclosed in glass and a granite vanity. The bathroom in the main suite has a deep garden tub, large walk-in shower, and a double vanity. This home also includes three laundry rooms with full-sized washers and dryers along with counter space. There is an expansive outdoor entertainment area that surrounds this luxury home. The shady wrap-around third-story balcony features comfortable lounge furniture and a seating area with a table for four. The second-level screened-in lanai overlooks the pool and includes a grill and three dining tables that seat 20 all told. On the ground floor there is a pool complete with bar seating in the water and lounge chairs around the edge. There are also two more shaded tables that seat 12 all together. An elevator makes the entire home accessible for all, and there is a pack and play, crib, high chair, and sand toys for the littlest travelers. You’ll also find plenty of modern outdoor games/toys for hours of family entertainment. Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. This home was clean, well stocked, and the location was excellent. We could walk to the beach or the beautiful pool every day! All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and nice sheets. All rooms included their own USB hubs for us to use! So every detail was thought of. The two kitchens and extra refrigerator on the first level were always full. We highly recommend this location and the thank the team that keeps it clean.

This property had a wonderful location and is well designed for a large group. It was also well stocked. We had a number of issues during our stay that would have us not return to this property or any property managed by Island Escapes. Prior to arrival I inquired about whether there were coolers or sand toys at the property. I was first told unsure about coolers and no sand toys. We had one couple that drove so we sent a cooler and purchased sand toys. There were 2 large coolers and a ton of sand toys. Upon arrival we had roaches in the upstairs kitchen. I reached out to the property management company right away. They didn't respond, and I had to follow up with them. They then informed me they could not address until Monday morning and first thing they would call. Nothing Monday. I called again. Supposedly they came Tuesday, however the roaches were still present throughout the week. Living with roaches for a week is disgusting, in the vacation home we waited all year to come together in, not to mention the cost to rent this home is not insignificant. We also didn't have a beach umbrella, a working blender, or a high chair as advertised. I also raised this and was told they would be delivered on Wednesday. We never received the blender or umbrella. We did receive the high chair on Thursday, dropped off by the property manager in a box for us to assemble. Minor in comparison, but still an inconvenience, was the check-in/key situation. All the time we rent vacation homes which have electronic access to the home with a code to make it convenient for guests, especially with houses of this size. We had to drive to the property management company at check-in and check-out, and there were 2 keys only provided making it very challenging to keep track of and also plan for with so many guests and schedules. Of course we were with our family from around the US we hadn't seen, so we weren't going to let all of this ruin our trip, but for sure the roaches had a very negative impact on our trip and we will never return to this home or any Island Escapes home again.

We hadthe tiger by the tail. There were 19 of us in our party. Nine adults and 10 children ages 20 to 12. The house accommodated us beautifully. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Did not encounter any problems. The elevator was greatly appreciated. The walk to the beach was a bit taxing especially for my husband and I. At 72 we found out we are not as physically fit as we used to be. I would definitely recommend this house to any large group. All of us had a beautiful time.

Our family had a great time! The house is literally right next to the entrance to TigerTail Beach. The amenities were great. There was beach gear ,chairs a wagon, umbrella to use at the beach. We walked there everyday. The family really enjoyed it!

This home is beautiful and has lots of room for large parties. Pool and hot tub were great and there is easy access to the beach. The outdoor space was perfect for dining and enjoying each other’s company. The washer and dryers (3 sets!) are awesome! The stairs gave a great daily workout but the elevator was convenient for luggage and groceries. This home accommodated our party wonderfully.
