PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR OTHER WATERFRONT PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET IF YOUR DATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE!! 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath (sleeps 8) townhouse You will not be disappointed when you rent this townhouse…it has everything you need to have an amazing experience in Clearwater Beach including: 1. Spacious Townhouse - 2400 square foot townhouse with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation including your own private elevator 2. Amazing Amenities – Heated pool, large rooftop terrace, and everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach. In addition, we have tried to think of everything you will need inside the townhouse for you to enjoy your vacation. You should have everything you need (and maybe even more). 3. Spectacular Location – It is located on the turquoise blue Intracoastal Waterway and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. If you love fishing, you can fish right off of the pier in front of our house! If you have your own boat, you can keep it at our pier in front of our house. Spacious Townhouse: First floor: - Bonus Room - there is a first floor bonus room with a large sectional couch, TV, Xbox, refrigerator, and bar to enjoy your time. The bonus room opens up through 2 large french doors to the pool, which is only 5 steps outside the door. - Half Bathroom - a convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor - Garage - The garage contains the beach supplies, coolers, bikes, etc. Please note that we store our personal car in the garage so you will not be able to park your car in the garage. There is space for 2 medium size cars in the driveway. Second floor: - Kitchen - The updated kitchen has premium stainless steel appliances and raised breakfast bar overlooking the main living area and rear balcony. - Family Room – Large 65" Roki Wi-Fi enabled flat screen TV, kitchen table big enough for 6 people, and a leather couch and loveseat - Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 double sized beds with a 40" Roku Wi-Fi enabled flat screen Third floor: - Guest Bedroom – Features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and 2 twin sized beds with a 40" Roku Wi-Fi enabled flat screen. - Master Bedroom – Very large bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, 2 walk-in closets, and plenty of storage in the dressers. In addition, there is a very large master bath with dual vanities and two sinks, jacuzzi jetted tub and walk-in glassed shower with a double shower head and a separate room with the toilet. Roof-top Terrace: - The private expansive and spacious rooftop terrace adds to the relaxed setting and panoramic views of the Gulf, the beaches and the island's city scape. There is plenty of patio furniture on the roof to enjoy drinks and watch the sunset at the end of the day. Amazing Amenities: - Townhouse Amenities – We have tried to think of everything you need during your stay and have included it in the townhouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, there are plenty of board games, luxurious beds and linens, and an amazing rooftop patio with plenty of seating. - Pool – The pool is literally 10 steps outside the door of the townhouse with plenty of patio seating to soak in the Florida sun - Beach – The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and we have included beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, play toys, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. - Grill – There is a large private grill for your use just outside the door of the townhouse on the first floor. Spectacular Location: Just outside your door you will find the intracoastal waterway with private docks to watch dolphins, manatees, or just relax. It is only a 10 minute walk to Clearwater Beach which was rated the top beach in the US in 2018. There are countless restaurants, shops, and attractions all within a short walk of the townhouse. We have a Nest doorbell at our front door to monitor for package delivery.

Glori is a wonderful owner. Very easy to communicate with and proactive. The house is very clean and close to everything located at Clearwater. We had my parents and older children with us (ages 19-82) there is something to do for everyone. The elevator was very helpful for my dad instead of using the stairs. We have been visiting Clearwater for years and it was so nice to have everyone together in the same place.

We had a great stay and the property was exactly as described. From the initial booking to the final day the entire process was simple and efficient. The owner was attentive, but not overbearing.
The pool was clean and the water was warm which the kids liked. The complex consisted of six units sharing the pool. We were fortunate in that only two other units had occupants during our stay so the pool was never overcrowded, and for the most part we had the pool to ourselves.
The views from the second-floor balcony and the roof top were amazing. It was refreshing to sit on the balcony in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee looking out over the harbor. We saw dolphins in the harbor on multiple days, mostly in the mornings. One even swam under the boat dock, which was cool.
The location of the property is what was most enjoyable. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk. Additionally, there were several restaurants/bars within walking distance, which was great.
The property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We only cooked one lunch meal during our stay, but everything you could possibly need was readily available.
Beach gear was available for use and came in handy. Also, there were three bikes, but unfortunately we never used them.
There were plenty of viewing and gaming options on the TVs and the Xbox, which my son enjoyed.
We had a great time and everyone loved the property. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family had the best time in Clearwater and our rental made it that much better! Excellent location and just minute walks to everything. My youngest son absolutely loved fishing from the pier and my older teens loved the rooftop floor during the evenings. The owner was very accomodating and made sure we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to return again soon!

I have not had a vacation in years. You cannot use the garage because the owner’s car is inside the garage. The garage could accommodate their car and a renters car. But the owners want the garage all to themselves. They don’t provide staff with keys to move the car. The owner lives in Chicago and owns 2 units in Clearwater. When we arrived there was an awful smell inside the home. It took only seconds to find out their was garbage in the three trash bins in the garage that had been there for quite some time. Unfortunately for us gnats and flies had emerged from the garbage and had flown to all 4 floors of the home. We called the owner to make them aware of the situation and they sent their exterminator to the home at 8 AM the next morning. On vacation I like to sleep late so this was not good for me. He left within 5 minutes after telling me there was nothing he could do to remove gnats and flies. I live on a lake in Atlanta GA so we fish all the time. We expected to fish on the owners dock, However, for three days we could not fish on the dock because the dock was being replaced. Had I known that I would not have rented the home. And finally, I bought a very expensive pizza. I like my food room temperature. After buying the pizza, my son and sister and I went to the store to get some ice cream while the pizza cooled. When we returned we there were about 500 ants eating my pizza. This is the first review I have ever given. I feel the owner should return some of my fees.

First and foremost, the home itself was absolutely stunning. The pictures on the VRBO listing did not do justice to the beauty and comfort that awaited us. The property was immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The amenities provided were beyond my expectations. From the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare delicious meals, to the cozy living area where we spent evenings relaxing and bonding with family and friends, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The variety of entertainment options, such as the well-stocked board games, the large flat-screen TV, and the high-speed internet access etc.
The outdoor spaces were equally impressive. The well-maintained rooftop patio area was perfect for morning coffees and evening sunsets. The swimming pool was an absolute delight, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat. It was obvious that great care was taken to provide an environment that catered to all ages and interests.
Moreover, I must commend the excellent service we received from Glori. From the initial booking process to our departure, Glori was professional, responsive, and attentive.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude for the location of the property. It was conveniently situated near local attractions, restaurants, and the beach, allowing us to explore and experience the area without any difficulty.

Beautiful home and very spacious! Best VRBO I have stayed at. We have a family of 5 and had friends visit. Plenty to do within walking distance. Went to the beach a lot, Shephards, crabbys, kings pizza, cantina, and top golf in Tampa. Went on daily walks and bike rides. Clean home and all of the amenities were great to have. Totally recommend this house close to the beach. Lastly, Glori was very responsive throughout our planning, to make the vacation nice and easy.

This was not our first experience with VRBO but was by far the nicest house we have ever rented. We had more than enough room for our family of 6. I really appreciated all the little things that were included such as ziplock bags, plastic wrap, tin foil, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were also a lot of items in the kitchen to use too such as spices, oil, vinegar, sauces, etc. You might want to check those out before grocery shopping! Everything that you could possibly need for the beach is there too. And everything was in excellent working order.
The location of this house was perfect. The street was extremely quiet but was within walking distance to everything. The beach was SO easy to walk too, even when you are carrying all the beach stuff. There was a nice path that is within walking distance too for bike riders, walkers and runners. As a runner, it was important for me to find a safe place to run and this was great. The dock out back was awesome to fish on. My husband and son didn’t catch anything big but it could have been due to the wind. We saw many dolphins in the water near the dock during our stay. The communication with the owners was excellent. They let us know of 2 minor issues that were going to be fixed by a maintenance person on our first day. Any questions we had were responded to quickly. I was a little nervous about the contract that was sent shortly after our reservation regarding the rules and the checkout process. They seemed very strict, however after staying there I now know the reason. They want their property to be perfect and it was! I highly recommend this property. If we were ever to go back to Clearwater Beach, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else 😊

My family of 4 had an amazing week here! I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The house was very clean and had every possible amenity! Having access to all the items in the garage was the best - we rode bikes every day and used the beach wagon to take our towels, cooler filled with drinks and snacks and the sand toys with us to the beach daily! The walk to everything is so close yet you’re far enough off the main drag to avoid the traffic and noise.
The roof top deck is fantastic! You get the sunrise and sunset as well as the city lights when it’s dark- it’s just a great place to hang out!
The beds were super comfy, the towels were high quality and the tvs in each room allowed everyone to have their own space.
We will be back for future stays!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. Glori, the owner, has made sure to make sure all that is needed is provided. The rooftop was such a great area to hang out with family or sir and read and watch for dolphins. The beach cart and chairs were such a big help. Location is amazing and property was perfect for our group of six ! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about this townhome is perfect. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Everything was well stocked, kitchen, bathrooms. The roof deck is lovely and an amazing view both day and night. Everything was well maintained. The bonus room on the lower level is just icing on the cake. Very good central location. The owners were gracious and wonderful to work with. So very happy to have found this lovely unit.

This property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Since we flew in, it was great having beach chairs and toys - and especially the wagon to haul everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The view of the inter coastal is beautiful, especially from the rooftop deck. Having streaming and cable was also a bonus. I would definitely come back here again! The property manager was responsive immediately as well. Great find!!

Great location to experience and explore Clearwater Beach area. The home is very well equipped (lots of beach toys and kitchen spices, foil, and to-go cups for a beach walk). The beds are very comfortable and great views (we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony). It was great to have access to a pool to cool off on the very hot days -- and had it to ourselves as only six units in the complex. We would not hesitate to book this home again!

The Huse beach house, literally, has it all! Dinner & silverware for a small army, check; Insulated tumblers to keep that Pina colada frozen, check, VERY comfy beds, yep! After a long day at the pool, take the elevator up to the astroturf rooftop and enjoy the fire pit while taking in a spectacular view of Clearwater Beach. Location is great for walking…5 min to the beach, 3 min to the small market (take the beach wagon & a cooler). The owners are top notch—super responsive and have thought of all the details to make your stay great! It’s easy to tell this place is very well cared for.

Every inch of this condo was well planned out. I can’t think of a better use of space for the design, they thought of everything. We didn’t have to bring anything for the beach it was all in the garage! The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, bathrooms, closets, and wash room were stocked with needed supplies. This property had absolutely everything you could possibly want to ensure a care-free vacation! We stopped in when our flight landed to look around to see what we would need at the store before settling in. Besides food, that was it! It literally had a stocked kitchen (trash bags, dish detergent, baggies, paper towels, foil, you name it). Even supplied the laundry detergent! The garage has everything for the beach to have a great time, and the bikes provided were great for leisurely trips to the beach or up town to the many attractions minutes away! My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. We’ve been to Clearwater many times before and have stayed in various hotels / properties, but this by far was the best one. It had two main floors of living space plus a finished room in the basement and a rooftop deck. The views from the rooftop deck were amazing and if you don’t feel like climbing stairs there’s even an elevator inside the property stopping at all 4 levels. We have already reached out to the owner to make arrangements to stay again next year.

Sitting at home here in Maine and we are all reflecting about our magical week in Clearwater on Brightwater Harbor in the luxurious *castle* (as my 5 year old referred to it). We walked in and immediately felt right at home in our spotless, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom (with endless places to hang out)— house for the week. Glori was extremely attentive, letting us into the house as soon as the cleaners were done so that my young children could nap. My husband and I immediately went to the rooftop to checkout the gorgeous view. We ended up spending quite a bit of time up there playing Yahtzee and chatting with my parents. But, most of our time was spent by the pool. The downstairs “bonus room” was perfect for all short breaks to eat. FYI: for all moms of young children, the baby monitor reached perfectly from my lounge chair by the pool 😉 for those long nap times where mom/dad wanted to relax too.
The bedrooms were very comfortable. My kiddos slept so well, which made for easier days on us all.
We walked to the beach (about 5 minutes away) countless times to put our toes in the sand, watch (swim with) the dolphins, and view the unbelievable sunset.
Speaking of dolphins— we would sit on the second floor patio and watch dolphins play right in the comfort of our own space as well.
I could go on and on about our perfect little week, my kids didn’t want to leave, I didn’t want to leave, but, all good things must come to an end and we sincerely hope to come back ASAP!

We wanted to do a trip with our adult children and a house seemed to be the perfect solution. I've never used VRBO this was our first time. Everything was perfect. I contacted Glori a couple times with questions about the area and she was always quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the house was the roof top. We would recommend this house and the owner. We made great memories.

This place has it all...location, great amenities, fully stocked with all you need, and SUPER clean! The rooftop patio was awesome. The bonus room was great for the kids/teens to have their own space. Best VRBO we have stayed.

We've been fortunate to stay in many nice rental properties in various countries and this was the best one yet. It was so nicely appointed, the decor, the furniture and the beds were comfortable! It also was extremely well stocked with everything one would need for a week there. There was even plenty coffee, spices, laundry detergent, cozies for beer, tin foil, saran wrap etc. There were beach chairs, beach towels, bike with locks and helmets other beach toys. The was a grill on the bottom patio (that we used) and there were great views from the roof top patio. The place was meticulously clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to have make our meals which is not always the case. One of the nicest touches was there were charging towers for electronics in each bedroom and the family room. Each room had a big screen TV. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. And last but not least, Glori was great host. She was response and communicative through the entire process. We'd love to go back. You won't regret renting here.
