Located in Butler Beach, this attractive condo for $260 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Ocean/pool view from balcony off living area and master bedroom 2 bedroom queen sofa sleeper. Our sunny spacious townhome is the ideal choice for relaxing and de-stressing on Anastasia Island, in St. Augustine, Florida. The ocean view is what guests notice as soon as they open the front door. This beautiful condo has one of the best ocean and pool views at SeaPlace, an anazing beachfront community located on A1A, just south of Dondanville Road. Begin each moring with a cup of coffee while enjoying multicolored ocean sunrises from your bedroom balcony. Enoy activities, (swimming, walking, biking, tennis, etc.), or simply unwind while enjoying the sounds and views of the aquamarine ocean. Sea Place offers everything necessay for your perfect vacation. Amenities include tennis courts, racquetball courts, two large swimming pools, and private access to the expansive, sugar sand beach. Our condo, occupying the second and third floors of a small, six unit building, has an attractive Floridian decor with many updates and comforts. One highlight is the master bedroom with a private bathroom, a king sized bed and sliders that lead to an ocean/pool view balcony. The guest room has a queen bed and is adjacent to a full bath with tub and shower. The living room and large covered balcony lead to the dining area with an oval table which seats six. The bright attractive kitchen is well stocked to ensure youhave all the tools needed to prepare delicious meals or perhaps take advantage of the many local restaurants, a few withing walking distance. The condo also offers free WIFI, a Smart TV and washer/dryer. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor. Parking is steps away from yor front door and cicycle storae is nearby. Beach chairs and toys are available for your use. Sea Place provides easy access to an abundance of fun and exciting things to do. A few miles north is Historic City of St. Augustine with Castillo de San Marcos, museums,carriage rrides, sailing tours, ghost tours, outstanding shopping and fine and casual dining. Fot Matanzas, Washington Oaks and Marineland are must see destinations a few miles south, past Crescent Beach. An hours drive south along scenic A1A leads to Daytona Beach, Jacksonville is a 45 minute drive north, JAX is just north of downtown. For a fun day trip the Disney attractions and Sea World are approximately a two hour drive. The enjoyment and happiness of guests is our top proiority. We want you to have a wonderful vacation. This condo needs a good cleaning. As soon as you walk inside the walls have dust all over. The refrigerator has gunk on the shelves. All the ceiling fans have dust and look black on the edges. A few of the walls upstairs are also dusty. The baseboards don’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned. Both couches are very dirty. There is even dark stains on the wood dining chairs.The towels are very used and a couple are stained. The sheets, comforter and pillows are all very worn and smell old. The coffee pot was extremely dirty and I had to thoroughly clean it before I could use it. If we could have found another place to stay we would have moved. I do not recommend this unit.

The balconies overlook the ocean. The condo was clean and everything worked properly including internet and appliances. People were friendly and quiet. The host was wonderful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place for the weekend with access to a beautiful part of the beach.

My wife and I visited this area for the first time. I communicated with Harry who has a terrific demeanor and super communicative. The unit was very clean, and even though it sits farther back than some of the other buildings, it has a great line of sight to the ocean. Check in was easy, and check out instructions were concise. Also, the trash dumpster is located adjacent to the unit. We would definitely visit again.

This condo is 10/10. Some of our favorite things especially in a beach condo - the furniture was very comfortable, the bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable, the fridge was COLD, everyone had their own bathrooms, and an easy check in and out process. Book this place, you won’t be disappointed!

The condo inside and out is exactly as pictured. The condo was very neat and clean when we arrived. Key code entry was easy. Patty was super-responsive to every email I sent. Lots of room and a beautiful view!!! Grat location - short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants in the area.

Condo was the perfect size, with comfortable beds! It was convenient to restaurants and old town St. Augustine. Beach access was great and beach wagon helped a lot with bringing all the beach gear down. Checkin was seamless. Great stay.

The view of the ocean was amazing from the living room and master bedroom! The beach was about a 5 minute walk from the property; there is a walkway that goes from the property right to the beach. Beds were pretty comfortable. The property management team were great, very pleasant and responsive during the process of booking and also when we arrived and couldn’t get in. The condo was relatively clean, although certain areas needed attention (doesn’t look like it has had a thorough deep cleaning in awhile: gunk around the bathroom sink drain, pantry shelves sticky and dirty, dirty dusty pantry and closet doors and baseboards). My sister and her family stayed in a different unit owned by a different management company in the same complex and while their unit had some features and updates ours didn’t, she had to clean it herself when she got there because it was so nasty (cobwebs, hair from a previous guest all over the bathroom, filthy floors). This unit didn’t require that, thankfully. You will need to bring all of your own toiletries, laundry soap, and dishwashing detergent (they do give you 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, and supply hand soap and dish soap, but no bath soap, shampoo, etc). Plentiful bath towels were provided, as well as a cooler, beach chairs, beach toys, and even a beach wagon, which was a nice feature! There was a toaster, blender, keurig, and drip coffee maker. Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again!

The location of 13241 Sea Place is fantastic, with views of the pool & ocean from the entire 1st-floor & 2nd-floor primary bedroom. Walking to the beach is easy, with plenty of parking on-site. The villa is clean and very well-equipped with anything you would need to make a beach picnic or dinner in!

Very happy we found this place. Perfect location. Beautiful beach. Clean pool. The property was just as pictured. Two balconies overlooking the beach in the distance - lovely! The livingroom screen door on the balcony needs replacing, but other than that, it was a great place to vacation !

Pool & Beach: Easy access to pool and beach
Management: Easy to work with, good communication
Special Note: The address is a little tricky, but once you've found it, it is not tricky at all! (Use the physical address to locate the complex. Use the building # to locate the unit you've rented.)
Unit Note: The front door sticks with the key. Use the key for the deadbolt and then you can easily come and go. (Owners might fix the sticky door, but it could be a tricky one to fix. Just use the deadbolt and you won't have a problem!)
We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. Great location and beautiful views from this comfortable condo. Be sure to have lunch one day at Safe Harbor. Yum! Salt Life is also not far and is great for an outdoor dinner. Mayday ice cream should not be missed! However, you may find it hard to leave the condo b/c the beach and pool are so wonderful.

This is a great rental. I am used to staying directly on the beach so I am a little spoiled, but it has a great view and only a short walk to the beach. Good thing, the beach was not crowded at all and by other beach standards very quiet. No complaints at all about the rental, it was great.

This rental was exactly as pictured on VRBO. It was very roomy, bright and welcoming. A outdoor balcony on each level was an unexpected treat since I made the assumption there was just one. You can see the ocean from the living room, which is what sold me on the place. Had a small issue with the air conditioning that was resolved with a phone call. We really enjoyed it and would go back again.
